I had insurance with the agency years back, my agent was Gerberth. When I enrolled in the policy he told me a number and it had gone up he said to just pay the agreed upon value. I did so with a balance at the end when I switched he said not to worry. Now years later it’s on my credit and the James V Gina to Agency and Gerbeth have not returned any of my calls or emails. Just beware when doing business with them I will be escalating this to the furthest extent, especially since I have it all in email!Please choose to do business elsewhere to ensure you are not being lied to!

Chris was a big help to me to save money on my home, car and umbrella policy. He was friendly over the phone, was able to respond via text when I was at work and via email as well.The only issue I had was I saw my name was misspelled and told correct spelling it wasnt changed on the paperwork when I was sent it to sign. Its just a few clicks on the computer to have fixed it. I would have fixed it myself but that option isnt available.
