Pool liner replacement: Matt was prompt in providing us with an estimate to replace our pool liner. His estimate was accurate - without any surprises. He communicated with us while we were waiting for the pool liner to come in - and installed the liner when promised. Crew was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I actually use the water delivery service and I have to say everybody that worked with me was amazing.I was worried about my liner shrinking and they were able to get out to me with water faster than I could finish up the draining… Dean came out With the water delivery… He was patient professional and informative!!The whole experience was better than anything I could’ve ever dreamt and I would definitely recommend Dean and water ducks water transport service….Also, the people that answered the phone and scheduled everything for me were also very professional and efficient. I can’t say how refreshing it is to have people that are competent friendly professional and kind working they seem to actually care and this isn’t something that happens all the time these days!!

Owner was very rude when asked questions over the phone. Customer service is important.

Had some issues with the bill being different then what was originally quoted (twice), they dont accept any responsibility.Poor customer service when approached. Watch your bill and good luck if you have any thing negative to say, they are good at making it all your fault.
