My Realtor told me not to worry and they were confident that we would have offers within 7 days- and also talked me into listing the price 5K higher than I thought it should sell for. 6 days posted online, we had our open house and BOOM 3 offers for FULL LISTING PRICE!! I could not be happier with the work Katie and Brenden did for me, and I would highly recommend them and C21 Ramos Realty whether buying or selling! Landlord is a terrible person. She is threatening her tenants over text with eviction during pandemic. She wont take rent assistance and is using intimidation as a way to force tenants out! She needs to be reported.

There is no way to put into words the quality service and attention Century 21 Ramos Realty provided in my first home buying experience, especially Anthony. I began working with Anthony shortly after he helped my grandparents sell their home and purchase a new one. It took Anthony almost 9 months of showing me houses several times a week until I found my perfect first home. There were times I got discouraged and it only ever made him work harder, through quite a few challenges as well. For those who are looking for a brief to the point review—I would not for a second hesitate to call Anthony for any real estate need, he is honest, hard working, and someone who cares about the work and quality he provides.For those looking for more specifics as to why Anthony and Century 21 Ramos Realty are so outstanding, I will elaborate. The first house I thought I fell in love with went to Sheriff’s sale before the owners processed paperwork on my offer. I thought that house was no longer a possibility; no one seemed to know who owned the house. Anthony stuck with it, and when it came time for me to decide on a house (which I got up to 3 of them in the end), he made sure that first house was one of my options. The second house I was going to buy was again a short sale. I was more than impatient with waiting but Anthony fielded every one of my phone calls optimistically and even tried to hurry things alone where he could. Then I found my house, and he provided support and information all the while I (a very indecisive person), tried to decide which house was the right one. Then, albeit after a great closing experience, I ran into some legal problems with a lack of disclosure on the former owners part. Anthony arranged meetings with reputable real estate attorneys, accompanied me to the meetings, and even went to the Magistrate with me when I decided to represent myself. There is no way to in just a few words describe how positive and memorable an experience Anthony made buying my first home. If it weren’t for his genuine dedication and determination to finding me a house and seeing his work through after the fact, I probably wouldn’t be the proud new homeowner I am right now. I can not say nice enough things about Anthony and all of the staff at Century 21 Ramos Realty, other than you should experience the quality and service they offer yourself if you have real estate needs.

Anthony is pleasant, friendly and kind; but sadly he has to follow Mr. Ramos, Pete (broker) orders.Please DOCUMENT ALL your transactions with them; ALWAYS ask for your copies and receipts. ALWAYS !! Educate yourself and ask questions if you dont understand. It’s your right !!DO NOT TRUST them with your money! Be aware of all the terms.Thank god I didnt have to contact the licensee company, because they knew I had all the documentation i needed with me. I had already begun to make a list of all the people they had taken money from and the struggles that they made these people go through to get their money back, its the same i went through.Please educate so you dont have a bad time. I know that Anthony is very kind but unfortunately he has to follow his fathers orders. What good is it for them to be kind if when I trust them, my money doesnt support me.I handed them money and it took a lot of work to get it back. Thank God I had all the necessary documents with me and I did not have to go to court.I know that some people prefer to lose their money and remain silent before their irresponsibility, but not me. Do you know why not? Because there are many Hispanics who come to them just because they speak Spanish😌 I want to tell you that there are many agents who speak Spanish and are willing to help you. Educate yourself !! Please!! Do not give the money that it takes so much work to get them and if they do, ask for copies of EVERYTHING, do not sign anything without reading it first !!
