I stopped by this store to get two pairs of shoes cleaned. I dropped them off on a Monday and was told to pick them up that Friday (which was fine I had no problem with it). When I picked them up on Friday i was told to come back the next Monday because one pair of shoes needed more time (which i was also fine with). Then I come get them the next Monday (today) and the women who helped me was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Before i left she told me that those shoes were a “huge problem” and when I asked her why, she goes “cleaning them was a huge problem.” I was very confused and angry. I understand the shoes weren’t in the best of shape, they had scuffs and a little bit of water damage but is that what i’m spending $32 on? To get them cleaned? It’s your job to clean them right? I wanted to tell her that but couldn’t. I will NOT be returning to this store.

Overall they do really good work. Ive never gotten bad service from them. They even do quick service there while you wait. Ive only done shoes so far but I have a zipper and a bag I need to have taken care of as well. Ive been bringing my shoes here for a few years now

Very disappointed in this business . Spoke to the gentleman to ask to make sure he was going to be there, he left 10 min before I came in. Spoke to the woman and told her what I wanted she quoted me with a price and said if it was going to be more than discussed she would call me the next day . She did not, so I called the following day and spoke to the owner . He tried to tell me was going to be more than she said and I said no I don’t want the service done so we agreed upon a price over the phone. Went to pick up a week later and she told me that the price was going to be more than what she wrote on my slip . Also the sewing was messy as stated in picture and not clean work . Will not be going back for future work.

These people practice the craft of traditional cobblers with high quality leather resoling and modern (Vibram) materials.

They went above and beyond to patch up my shoes. I have had these sneakers for over 15 yrs. They are in good condition but overtime I had worn a hole on each side of them plus they needed to be resoled. They did a perfect job on both sneakers. They do leather work here as well as fixing purses or jackets. They even have a vast array of beautiful purses they sell at the counter. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and their fair prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All and all they are good. Had 3 patches sewed on. 2 were sewed on and 1 was glued on ??????

I love this place and am always coming in and out whenever I need something fixed. Susan at the front is so sweet and they are very efficient and get things done pretty quickly! They are cash only so make sure you bring some with because you usually have to pay at least half ahead of time. They do amazing work and everything I have ever taken there has been fixed perfectly!

The woman whom waited on me was very nice. I had 1 pair of cowboy boots, 1 purse, 1 pair of Berkys and 5 pair of clogs. All leather items and all will be fixed and cleaned by Friday afternoon. As far as the price.... I have never had leather items fixed b4 to say whether it is good or not.

They wanted to much money to clean up my black and white dress shoes!! I know they need to make money but be realistic!!!!! There work might be good but by price quote I wont go back and I can hear owner in background complaining....NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE,SMH!!! BYE FELICIA!!!!👎🏻✌🏻

I have had zippers put in my dr martens boots, heel taps replaced on my work pumps, purse repairs done, and they even helped me hang on to my favorite flats by creating and sewing on heel patches to extend the wear. I cant say enough of my appreciation for their work and service. I would totally recommend this place.

I took my high quality leather boots to this location to stretch just along the toe box. Not only were they late in having my boots ready, but they stretched them in the wrong place and they are still tight where I need them to be stretched. The leather now looks lopsided on my foot. This store practically ruined my $400 boots AND still charged me full price for my order. I would not bring my business to this establishment.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I’m really impressed with the work from this shop. I ended up buying leather boots that were too large on my leg. I took them to Lehigh Shoe Repair and they removed the excess leather and sew them back together based on my measurements and now they fit well. Really excellent work, the boots now fit and look amazing. I will be going back and recommending them to family and friends!

I have a beautiful leather satchel that Ive used for many years. The inside was lined with poorly made cloth which absorbed the oils from the leather, leaking onto anything contained within, so was obliged to line the bag with canvas to prevent this. In addition, it had ripped in various places; along the zipper and in the corners. I love this bag, so I originally brought it to another leather repair shop in the Lehigh Valley. They said they didnt have the skill to make this kind of repair so they referred me to Lehigh Shoe & Leather Repair, which completely replaced the inner lining with beautiful new lamb skin. They had to completely disassemble the bag to replace the lining, but it was done beautifully and with precision. I am so happy with the repairs to my bag, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend their expert work and plan to bring any future leather repair work I need to this shop.

I had an issue with my floor pillow, and a friends high heels. They were able to fix both by the next day. I was happy with the result and I would definitely bring other shoes that need repairing

They are messy. They fixed 2 pair of my sons sneakers but the glue was very obvious. My uggs looked faded when i took them to get cleaned. And the most recent sneakers I picked up, were glues on good but they left glue all over the sneaker. Got glue in the suede and scraped off black from the front leather of the sneaker. I told myself to give them a chance because they are the closest repair shop to me. But its not worth it.

First time customer and I will recommend them to everyone. Had an obsolete leather piece repaired for my motorcycle. The work was perfect and better than new. I stopped in to pick it up on the day promised but it was not ready. The owner said he would have it delivered to my house later in the day. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship.Many Thanks

Got a watch band repaired, the little loop had broken, no problem. I probably overpaid but the problem was the color match. He used brown shoe polish, looked great when I picked it up. But it was black leather underneath, now its a black loop on a brown band on my best watch, inexcusable. Two stars because it was nicely done otherwise, it was a small job, and they seem like good hard working people. Just say I cant no tricks please. :(

Resoled my Wolverine 1000 mile boots. Restitched the Goodyear Welt with a different color thread as requested. Added a beefy Vibram lug sole. They also resoled, conditioned and polished my wife’s Dolce & Gabbana clogs and got them looking like new. Great service, attention to detail and quick turnaround.

Shoes are like new after my visit! Will be going again for any future repairs. Friendly staff. Someone said they dont speak English. They totally speak English fluently

They’re pretty good with leather shoes, either you wanna repair it, clean it, add or remove heels. Though I tried to get my suede skirt cleaned they were unable to do so.

They repaired my boyfriends heavy leather motorcycle jacket and they did an excellent job (3 zippers, including the main one, plus replaced velcro at top and bottom). He was able to test out and choose from different brands of zippers beforehand. The work was done in less than a week, and was ready when promised. The work is professional, and the owners are knowledgeable and polite. Once riding season is over, the jacket will be heading back for a few more repairs. We drove 45 mins one way, and im very happy we did.

This place is so getto. They charge you half the money up front Cash only.Then when you return to pick up the shoe, the repair is not completed as they try to keep your cash for the repair stating that their parts didn’t come in yet!

This is the worst place to go !! I had a 2003 pair of flu games that had sole separation like most old Jordan 12s do so I figured why not try a shoe repair place so I go there and owner say yes I can fix it days go by I go pick up the shoes there in horrible condition ! Theres paint on them still not glued right burn markers the worst experience, on top of that the wife has the nerve to yell at me for bringing them in, all your husband had to say was no we dont fix sneakers !!!! If anyone is thinking about going there DONT! Find a better place that at least knows customer service, and knows about sneakers because they dont !, she told me to go buy another pair, dont she know its just not that simple to go buy another pair, there from 2003 ... Definitely the worst experience I have had to date!!

Just WOW! I have a nice pair of John Varvatos shoes, and needed new soles after about two years of wear. I got new soles, going with a more durable vibram sole, and honestly thought I made a mistake and was going to pay too much to get it done. I just got them back and wow, they look like new! The craftsmanship is top notch - you dont find many places that do this type of work anymore. I feel like I got a deal on the repairs. Theyve definitely earned a customer.

I took two handbags here - one to have the handles replaced and the other to have the handles repaired. I was a bit nervous about both because the handles that needed to be replaced were red and I wasnt sure that they would be able to match the color and the other bag I purchased during my honeymoon in Italy, so I there is a lot of sentimental (not to mention monetary) value. The new handles matched PERFECTLY and the repair to my other handbag was even better than I expected!The handle replacement was $60 and the repair was $25. Not sure if that is competitive or not, but for my handbags to look like new again it was worth $85 to me.One star off because it did take longer than originally promised, but they did call me to let me know of the delay. Also, they only accept cash, which isnt a problem for some, but is a pain for me.Id definitely trust them with future repairs and cleanings and recommend them to others.

In addition to providing good quality repairs, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. My mothers shoes were not done when they had said they would be, so they drove to our house 30 minutes away to personally drop them off

I highly recommend this shop.... I took two pairs of UGGs for cleaning..... my UGGs were pretty much destroyed with stains and a coffee accident..... I figured I would give cleaning a try and was surprised at the results. They look brand new! ... I also took my daughters UGGs and same results!... Very impressed with the work of this shop!!
