Very organized store, Very kind staff. I found almost everything I was looking for. My daughters birthday party was great!! Thank you guys!!

Good customer service and the store was very clean and nice. But I was disappointed because they didnt have a good selection and variety of party supplies and decorations that I needed for 4 year old sons birthday. Theres another party City store in Whitehall which I believe is much bigger and has a much better selection, although the store is much dirtier and not very tidy and nice.

What a ripoff! Do yourself a favor, compare prices with Walmart, Amazon, and even BJS. I found everything I needed online, no delivery charge, for about half the price. Example; Party City charges $49.99 + a $10 handling fee. BJS had them on sale for $28.99, regulaly $31.99!! Do your homework! It might take some extra time, but youll thank yourself later!

This place has it all!!! We got everything we needed for our fathers 70th birthday, retirement party and countless Super bowl parties at PC. Store manager Doug and his employees are on the ball and ready to help whenever we stop in.

Seems to always have what I need in party decorations and other festive items.

Brought balloons there yesterday that I had purchased from PartyCity.com to have inflated. They didn’t even fill the basic balloons up all the way and they very clearly put a hole in the foil balloon and then tried to cover it up by inflating it again when I went to pick them up. I thought it was weird at the time, but didn’t put 2 and 2 together until last night when the balloon was basically fully deflated. Really unprofessional and these were for my kid’s 9th birthday so thanks a lot.

Four cashiers and or management and and one person ringing out customers and about a 3-4 min wait wish I could stand around and get paid this is for their Bethlehem pa location nice service once got to the counter

I went to get a costume and was abducted.

I ordered balloons to be delivered for my daughters birthday and specified the date and time for delivery. Not only did they fail to deliver them on time but they called almost half an hour after the store closed to inform me that there were no drivers to deliver and that they could do it the following day. When I told them I needed it around 9 AM they told me they could do 10-11 AM. So I requested they delivery by 10 and no sooner because it was BAD enough they failed to deliver it on the date I clearly specified. They told me “no guarantees” it would be delivered closer to 10 AM. Unbelievably unprofessional to notify the customer AFTER their scheduled time & then not even have the decency to deliver them EARLY being that they were needed for that day!!! Had they had the decency to call & notify me earlier I could’ve picked them up myself! Never doing delivery again with Party City.

This store is huge its bigger than most other craft stores that Ive been into. Im not into crafts and stuff but this is definitely the place to go if you need anything thats craft related. The prices seem to be reasonable. The store is clean and organized and the shelves are stocked. The workers are friendly and helpful. I found a fabric with pattern on it that I would not have thought I would have found in there and the age of it that it was in the store.

Was greeted when walking in. Was helped when I asked for help. Had exactly what I was looking for. Prices are what was expected. Will continue to shop here for party needs.

This store and staff was a complete disaster. I scheduled a balloon order for pick up 2 weeks ago for 5:30 on the 10th and when I got to the store at 5:26 they were not even ready. They told me they could not find the balloon order nor did they have a pickup for me. I had gotten an email that morning stating my pickup was scheduled for that store at that time. Since I had to have my balloons blown up I asked if I could have one more balloon blown up and they sent me to the back of the line behind other people ordering balloons that day that they were fulfilling before mine even though my balloon order wasn’t ready and was placed 2 weeks in advance. I am also 8 months pregnant and had to stand so long as they helped everyone else. When I got to the front of the line AGAIN they told me it would be a little bit until they could blow my balloons. I told them I wanted mine done before the other people that ordered in the store that day because I scheduled mine for a certain time. I told them I had to wait in my car because I needed to sit being 8 months pregnant. As I left I heard her helping someone else. My mother then called into the store to try to resolve the issue. I still saw more people come out with balloons before she walked out with mine. She had very poor customer service. I got to the store at 5:25 to pick up my 5:30 order and did not even get my balloons until 6:15, almost an hour later.

Id have goven a much higher rating,but when I called in to see if they had helium tanks the eoman said no!But because I needed balloons for kids party I went in anywayWell..... I purchased some balloons and had helium put in .On way out I looked to my right and there they were, over 20 tanks ready to sell.I said something to manager but no one cared!!

This party city is a small store. Its currently under renovation but is still open. They have cute stuff for kids parties and seasonal events

Pretty neat place to find your basic party needs and more. They have online options as well, but this is usually my go to spot when I cant find something else where.

Idk why I keep coming here. Everytime I visit this store they never have helium. I see this store going out of business soon. You are better off buying balloons at the dollar store. At least they have helium

Unfortunately my mom and I experienced poor customer service by the supervisor. My sister bought a birthday balloon for her child’s one year birthday from this store. We went to blow it up for her party and they refused because of helium shortage.Guests walked out with balloons filled and we were turned away. There was nothing on the receipt that stated this company policy.

I found to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday there really wasnt much for her. Plenty of childrens party supplies but not much for the adults. The color choices were slim, not much on the 80th number. They had begun getting rid of a lot to accomadate halloween. Being the beginning of september shelves were empty. Many other customers had recieved welcoming hellos apon entering, which was nice to see. Also the tank i bought to fill balloons went out really fast and had to be disposed of at the party. I mention this because a previous tank i had purchased from the other store for my baby shower had lasted me 3 years and many partys. Not entirely sure that is their fault but felt like possibly someone tapped the tank. Either way the other party store in whitehall has a bigger selection. My 3 year old got stuck on all the candy displayed. So parents be ware of little hands and put uour little one in the cart before entering.

Service was horrible, went to get my balloons filled and when I went last week I was told a different price and when I went this week they were 3 dollars more which was absolutely ridiculous and also the lady cashier was extremely rude was arguing with me about wether the balloons were air filled or helium and just overall was horrible smh

Their online inventory is absolutely horrible!!! I drove 40 minutes to pick up some supplies that was listed at 5 each and they didn’t have any of them. Their response was that,” the information online is not to be trusted” and that “it’s not always right and sometimes a little off”.......10 items is not a little off!!!! I wasn’t even offered a discount or anything.
