Just moved away from here after 6 years of being in business with this awesome company. Great prices and efficient work. Staff is always helpful if you have any questions or issues and work in a timely manner to get them corrected. 10/10 would recommend.

I use the green bags for my trash & a wild animal must have gotten into the bag. They picked it up even though it was ripped! Appreciate you & staff is nice too.

I tried to dump a truck bed of stuff after 2:30, which I didnt know was the cut off. I pulled up to the scale house and tried to talk to the guy at the window. He very rudely closed the window while talking on the phone. He couldve just said sorry were closed. Instead he chose to ignore me.

Great company to deal with. Brought a large dumpster to my house with no issues at all delivered and picked up on time. Reasonably priced, I will use them again if needed.

Grateful there are places available to assist with Disposal items and Garbage but definitely could have more organization and instruction on how to dispose, how to weigh in, and where to actually dump. Drove around in a circle looking for more direct signs on the procedure. $60.00 min fee is steep as well, so ensure its worth your while. Communication and direct signage is key for places like this as it isnt the safest place to be roaming around aimlessly.

This place is a Joke (transfer station). Miserable staff knows nothing of how to treat people. Sometimes they let you in sometimes not. I’m a contractor so getting trash off my truck is important. Today I was denied service for my footwear despite a woman in office clothes in front of me. Her footwear was fine I guess. So I wasted my afternoon. Been going there for 20 years it has always been the same. Different people same miserable attitude. Called before I went to make sure they were taking trash, too lazy to answer the phone that was 6” from him. How you live with yourself is beyond me. One word for you my friend. Karma.

I have lived many places throughout the country and this is by far the worse trash company I have ever dealt with. They charge for every little thing and when THEY miss the trash day and I called 3 times they could not come and get it until the following week. Oh, they said they would credit me for the week they missed. How nice of them.....Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Hoping i get a refund but I doubt it. Glad to get rid of them! Had to buy my own trash cans too. Which in everyplace else in the county I lived the company provided them. Rip Off!

Often times, never pick trash at all. The driver is very dishonest. Even charged me for 240.00 for bulk item removal, which I never use the services. Called the company to discuss the issue. The company told I have to pay, because the driver said so. I have to pay 240 bucks for the service I never use? Ridiculous! Never heard!

Ive been a customer for 15 years. Best and most professional service in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Never a missed pick-up and clean return of containers on pick-up days. ***No garbage left on the ground. Thanks East Penn!

$60 MINIMUM CHARGE. Just got charged $60 to dump 400 pounds. Minimum charge policy is not posted ANYWHERE. I was completely blindsided. Also even for a dump the place is beyond gross.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! we used their services back in Feb / March. I called and asked them to remove their dumpster on 03/16. Dumpster was not removed until last week of April. (5 WEEKS LATER). Then they went ahead and charged us extra fees which would not have been applicable had they done what we asked and removed their dumpster in mid March. I asked for a refund and they refused to issue one.

I have been dealing with this company for over a decade for allnmy trash removal needs. They are the best around!

Website says open to public until 3 p.m. Tried to drop off garbage from a remodel project and was turned away because I was there at 2:15, they said I should have been there by 2 p.m. and told me to go to the Bethlehem Landfill on Applebutter Road instead. Guess they didnt really want my business. Be careful if dropping garbage off here, call first because their website is inaccurate.
