I moved to the area last fall and signed with Strohls on the recommendation of associates who have been using the service for years. The cost is slightly higher than some, but it has been well worth it. Moving produced a great deal of trash and it was always handled without complaint or question. Thanks to the staff and the guys on the front line. Would recommend.

I used them for the past 6 years and have enjoyed working with them since day one. They are not your typical garbage company. They are Very punctual and super easy to work with. Extremely affordable. They are willing to haul away larger items for a very fair price. Great family company.

This guys do not follow City of Bethlehem guidelines for recycling they are dumping the same recycling materials into the regular dumpsters.Very rude and disrespectful people do not use their services. Harassing tenants when they’re dumping their trash in the dumpster they paid for it. He is trying to minimize the cost and cutting corners everywhere they canBe careful .

I had service scheduled for pick up and they NEVER showed up! I called and spoke to the owner and she said, they arent going to pick up, find another company. This is after she told me to put everything out on my ally and they will be here on Friday and will take everything. Now it sits there looking like hell. No explanation, very unprofessional!

These guys have the best garbage service in the area. The best part is it is the same guys every time and they always show up. In almost 14 years of service these guys maybe missed 2 times due to BIG SNOW. Always showed up the day after and also the day after a holiday. Very personable and caring. On windy days they will put your can next to the house. I am writing this from NC as we moved away recently. We miss them. We have to have (Garbage) Republic Services now... eh ok. Strohls are good people. Fair prices. Give em a shot and you wont regret it. Take care of them too. They like cookies!

More than once witnessed Strohls dumping the contents of our recycling containers into the regular garbage truck. And yes, the woman on the phone was rude.

They have prompt pick up and they are courteous, but please create a thorough document stating items that are taken as trash and what is considered recycling. Photos on the website would be very helpful. Im trying to do my part and assist in making your job successful as well.

Owners are absolutely wonderful. Their crew always did a great job for us! I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business and their services.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I moved to the area about a month ago, and started service with them. They told us they would collect our trash on Tuesday, so every Monday night we put our trash at the curb. Last week I had to call twice to get them to come take it. This week they didnt take it again, so I called to cancel the service, and the rude woman who answers the phone hung up on me when I was asking her if Id get a confirmation that my service was canceled. Incredibly unprofessional! Would not recommend!

Had their service for two years, dealt with constant attitude from this company any time I would make a call to them. Ive seen reviews where people reference a rude woman on the phone...I can confirm this. One time they didnt take my trash for two weeks and then accused me of having my neighbors take their trash out with mine, I had to get into a confrontation with the guy that picks up to get him to take all ot my cans (we keep a 2nd can around back usually). I have a sectional couch I wanted picked up, called and was given a verbal confirmation it would be picked up on the 8th (2 weeks later). I call the 7th to confirm this pickup and could only get through to a Voicemail, I leave a voicemail asking for confirmation and never receive any calls back. Assuming this meant we were on for the pickup, I drag the couches out to the curb for the second time only to be told the day of they cant take them because they have no record of it. I NEVER write reviews but this interaction led to us cancelling our service with them and quite frankly it was overdue. Sorry for the book but you suck strohls..

I have to say these guys are very accommodating and affordable, More so than any other company in the area.

Best company that i have done business with. Fair prices always shows up, never an issue.
