The doctors are wonderful once you get in to see them. However the follow up is horrible. A STAT test is ordered and there is ZERO follow up phone call or communication from the office. I had to wait 27 min on hold and repeat my information 3 times before the receptionist even understood what I was calling about. It is now 5 days AFTER the STAT test and I have still not heard about the results. I understand the medical world is upside-down but, simple follow though is the most basic of care.Update:24hrs later....no return call from the office.

Needs a pediatrician on call. Especially when it comes to something simple as a ear infection/ respiratory issue.Got told the latest was 1pm and even then it could be virtual. Sorry but I’m not having a doctor prescribe medication without a look over. can’t really do that virtually if it’s the ears or nasal cavity. Then got told to go to the ER if my son has a fever cause of covid. If his temp is fluctuating and he’s tiling his head pretty sure that is an infection.Will probably start looking elsewhere for a pediatrician seems like I’m wasting my time trying to get my kids in for an appointment this is the second time.

I called 3 separate times and had wait times exceeding 10 mins each time without anyone ever answering. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Or better stated a complete lack of service at all.

Scheduled appointment for 10am, I am still waiting to be seen by the doctor. This wait has now turn into a 50min wait. I had to ask the receptionist what’s going on. Not great customer service. If I didn’t have a cough, I would have left long ago and went to an urgent care. I don’t like this type of service. Since they changed their name they went down hill with customer service. Deplorable!

Lynn Phillips is wonderful. Hold time when calling is ALWAYS horrible. Always at least twenty minutes and more times than not am proceeded to hold a second time trying to make appointment. Considering switching to somewhere that is easily accessible.

My kids have been here since they were babies.. best doctors office ever! The staff is excellent and anything we ever need they always respond to us immediately.. thanks to helen,shirly,nicole,and all the nurses and doctors for all you guys do for us...

Called to ask a question and was on hold and then hung up on since it was near closing time. They dont even care how important the question was and probably could have answered it very quickly. Horrible. Go elsewhere
