Ive pulled my bike out after two years of sitting in my garage. I forgot where the hell to start??? Matt got back to me that night. The guy is pretty thorough, knows his stuff. I was back up and running after a few hit and misses.I definitely recommend these guys, they are a small family run business and try their best to make customers happy. I wish the best for them.

Update - 10/12: kit came with missing parts.. came disassembled as well. However, upon getting a response from the store I am now more pleased. They explained their situation and why things had happened, which I understand why things went the way they did. They offered to correct the situation- which is the most important thing in a good company. I have my missing parts in the mail today, hope they’re here soon.Old review: It’s been about 3-4 weeks since I ordered my kit. Emailed them twice, called even. No response from the seller. Poor communication. No notice of late delivery. I think it’s finally supposed to be here after 4 weeks? I’m not really sure, I ordered two things.. maybe it’s only 1 of them. Hopefully the quality of the kit is better than who I bought it from. 2 stars instead of 1 because it’s a good kit, hopefully it all comes.

Like a lot of folks, I take issue with the quality and lack of responsiveness. I picked them specifically because they offered their expertise as part of the sale.My engine started 4 stroking shortly after purchase. I contacted them and initially they were responsive. They wanted pictures of my cylinder, which I provided.. and I never heard from them again. Multiple inquiries and no response.Found out on a popular forum that the cylinder issues are common in cheap Chinese bootleg engines, which is of course what I got.. The cylinder coating flakes off and it loses compression.Thats fine and all, but Im sorta annoyed that BMW not only decided to not acknowledge the issue, but not tell me its a fairly simple fix to swap the cylinder.Clearly, its more important for them to make sure they dont have to acknowledge that their warranty is useless than to actually help their customers.So Im not a fan.

This is my third kit. Sold my first two to friends. Made a few bucks. Great prices. Any time I had a problem, Matt helped me out. Not many businesses out there that has decent prices anymore and actually help out when you need it.

Happy with the bike! Had a little problem with shipping issues but that was all worked out and was told that, that particular issue has been addressed for other future orders on their website. Jackie was quick to respond to my emails and resolved everything to my complete satisfaction. Good job, time will tell more about the quality of the product but so far I am happy.

Ive used other places to get motors and parts but bmw has great prices and the real zeda motors zl40mm connecting rod this is the 1st place I check for any parts or upgrades.

Bought a 2020 upgraded motor they sent me a motor from fast bike its a halfbreed with junk cylinder not a triple 40 like the website says not a hd chain not a 4bolt chain tenchener PURE JUNK BEWARE DONt BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BUY FROM GAS BIKE

They are fast, friendly, and always more than willing to quickly correct any issuees that might accur. Also, they are easily accessible, and ive never had to wait in line to be waited on.

Jackie is wonderful a little slow going at the beginning but once she got to the issue she was excellent at immediately resolving I always say its not about the issue, its how you recover. Shes amazing and I wish her and her company great success in the future

I had a VERY BAD experience with a complete bike kit. The bike was not aluminum AS ADVERTISED. The paint on the engine was terrible. Seems the kits ship from 3 different vendors and nobody in charge of quality control. After 2 months the cheap rear hub exploded damaged the bike and the rider. I contacted them email and cant get a response. Do yourself a favor and dont buy these kits .they are JUNK. For a few more bucks get a fatmoto or a 4stroke kit. Ive been a bike mechanic for 40 + years and I can tell you their bikes are cheap and dangerous !

I bought a engine kit from them that basically blew up in 2 days there site says 30 day warranty but they dont honor it. I sent the engine back cost me 25 dollars he said i avoided the warranty for cleaning the casting out of the intake he told me the rings were catching and that is what destroyed the engine i took the engine apart and saw that the crank bearing went out which is what destroyed the the engine. I rebuilt the engine was able to reuse the cylinder and the rings were not catching engine runs great now with name brand bearings. So basically i spent a 160 dollars to rebuild a engine. I have also bought parts from them which came fast which were defective or wrong item but he replaced it and told me to keep the wrong parts ect. BUT I WOULD NOT BUY A KIT FROM THEM OR ANYTHING EXSPENSIVE BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS THEY WONT MAKE RIGHT

I am newbie at these engine kits. So when i got stared on it, I wasnt sure about a few things. Sure enough I screwed up a little, but I contacted Matt and he was able to set me straight. thanks man! I couldnt be happier!

I like buying from people in the area. Great costumer service I had something missing or I tossed it out with the packaging and they quickly replaced the missing item.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Buyer beware. They sold me a brand new bike and motor, that does not work. I contacted them via email, they stated that they would send the part. It never arrived. They claimed it did, but would not provide me the details or a tracking number (even though they claimed they did). I offered to buy the part - EVEN THOUGH it should be covered on a brand new bike. Since then, I have attempted to contact them for over a month. Their phone is either full or they do not answer. I have sent countless emails to the main email address and a tech that originally contacted me. No response. At all. This is horrible business. As a Google reviewer with 9 million views, I would say go somewhere else.
