Worst place to get unloaded. Not a lot of space and they take at least 5hrs to unload the few times I’ve been here. Been here since 10am (apt time) and they still arent done at 17:20

Totally Wrong place for delivery. My appointment was at 7.00 am. Check in at 6.40 am and check out at 12.30 pm. When I talk to the Manager of warehouse about this and ask him to see the reviews of truckers about them, his answer was, “ We don’t care about reviews. “ actually they don’t care about truckers and they don’t have value for your time. It was my first and last load for this warehouse. Because it was not just today some drivers have told me that they usually take 5-7 hours to unload. My another 12.00 pm pick up has canceled because of there poor management.

Saturday delivery appt 0700. Arrived 0620. No line at gate. Was checked in and at a dock by 0650. Called in to get bills 0910. Bathrooms are open. Was treated ok. No street parking or on site parking. In and out only.

This is the worst place to unload, was here for a 10:00 appointment, arrived at 09:37, it is now 15:37 and still not unloaded. Stay away if anyway possible, I will never and I mean never deliver here again.

Had elec problem with my trailer. Had to pull over multiple times and arrived EXACTLY 1 hour late. First thing out of shipping supv mouth? He has to reschedule He said nothing I can do I said Sure you can, you just dont want to He hung up on me. Derrick with the wont do attitude. With supervisors like that its no surprise they have all these negative reviews. Workers get their direction from their higher ups. No wonder!!

Make sure youre Netflix subscription is paid up and you brought lunch, because youll be sitting. Also, dont expect anyone to seem like they even remotely enjoy their job and want to be there.

Strictly by appointment, not a minute sooner. No staging or parking areas. You will check in and go directly to a door or be turned away.7 hours to get unloaded. I am guessing it depends on the load. Others came in after me and gone before I left. Which in turn messed up my next load and those loads there after.

9.5 hours to upload. Left a trailer full of garbage and they don’t have a dumpster

They gave me a dock right away... If you can avoid this place, they move ketchup slow. They want you to be at exact appointment time and after that they keep you 4 hours to unload you. Lack of respect.

Other reviews are correct. No problem checking in, guard is friendly, woman in office is friendly, however its taken over 5 hours ( still unloading) to unload a load that requires no breakdown.....not even groceries. Its pretty ridiculous. And I am not the only one, every truck that came here at 7am with me is still in a door, so it seems its a regular thing. Dont come here if you need to pick something up within a few hours.

Takes a few hours to get unloaded

I am delivering a load of food, got here 45 minutes early and was told to leave, a tractor trailer is not like a car and just drive around the block, you need to plan a route even for that short of time. Waited in staging area until I was called, they gave me a door that already had a truck in it, she said she would call me back and did not. I went in and asked and she said she forgot to call me and shrugged her shoulders .I have been here over 6 hours and they are still working on in the trailer .I will never deliver another load here.

I was pleasantly surprised at how my experience went here after reading the reviews. Showed up a half hour before my appointment time, and was promptly given a dock assignment. The security guard was cool and had a good sense of humor. Backed in, disconnected from the trailer and checked in at receiving. The girl was friendly, took the bills and my phone number and told me shed call when I was empty. Two hours later I got the call. Got my ppwork, hooked up and after a quick trailer check by the guard was on my way. Total gate to gate time was 2.75 hours. Not too bad for a live unload.

Worse warehouse to work for. Its filthy..Its dangerous.. And all the top ppl. Care about is your RATE... After a yr. Hard worker was dismissed cause of there RATE... After a year of service really...Wow he should of been recognized not dismissed.

Lots of job opportunities! Huge warehouse with lots of work. They hire directly so it beats a temp agency plus they offer lots of incentives for hard workers. Benefits from the door is also a perk and they pay well. This time of year everyone is struggling to pay off bills and the overtime they offer was a blessing. Hard work but at least they seem to respect that.

Smh, they will take you if you are a hour late, 2 hours late, especially 30 minutes late like I was. I arrived at gate at 10:35pm 11/14/19 Thursday for a 10pm delivery appointment and the gate security lady took it upon herself to turn me around. She lied and said the people inside said I have to reschedule, that at the time they were only doing 30minute Windows and the next day spoke with someone there and they confirmed she lied. Unfortunately for me and my company the earliest appointment we was able to get is Monday 11/18/19. For when you feel lied to (WORDS FROM THE PEOPLE INSIDE) ***IF SECURITY LIES TO YOU, ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE INSIDE OR GET OUT YOUR TRUCK AND GET A YARD JOCKY AND EXPLAIN YOUR SITUATION!!!!

That is my first review ever. For 16 years thay I am in trucking business that is probably the worst place I ever been . yard jockey is the main design maker . he not even let you in to receiving office. Never again . I will better quit company.

June 2019. AVOID DELIVERING HERE. something is terribly wrong with their receiving system. Take heed to the number of negative reviews. They can learn a lot from Costco or any other receiver that can do this in a timely manner. You will lose your next load even if you are on time for your appointment. No truck parking available.

These people just stealing your time, how come trailer that has been loaded in 45 minutes, needs 5 hours to get unloaded. I hope they check reviews, and realize that company looses money by paying( per hour) for the job that could be done at least 3 times faster, good management.

Delivery 12/12/19 appt. 7:00 am Got here at 6:45 with another truck. 2 pm both trucks parked at the docks. Receiving told it’s ok to stay here with load 12 hours . Will see

The check in guard and the yard jockey are down to earth people but the unloading process and the receiving clerk leave a lot to be wished upon...9:30 am appt and Im still here@12:30 in the afternoon still waiting for someone to touch this freight...

I wonder if the owner notices the production level at the facility. It seems the either need to hire a real lumper service or put more than one guy on a trailer. Either way I’ll never send another truck to this facility!!!!

Appt was 9.30am. I know they dont let you in before appointment time. I was there at 9.20 am and went to the door quick but its 2.30pm. Not sure when they are gonna finish unloading.

We wont be delivering here again. Time wasters. Weve been here for 3 and a half DAYS after our original appointment. Id advise all truck drivers and owner operators to steer clear of this facility. No communication, no sense of urgency.

Only come here if don’t have to pick up another load . My appointment was for 9:30 am and my paperwork was ready at 4:30pm . I had only had 9 pallets. The people in the receiving office are polite but the folks that unloading your truck don’t care where you have to be.

DON’T GO HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Boycott these moronic places and maybe just maybe they’ll get it. Truck drivers are people too, and without them their business will fail. Can’t be more than 30 min early. They will force you to leave. Yard jockeys fly on the yard as well. I would bet at least 25mph. Small yard on top of that. With all the trailers everywhere. The girls in the receiving office were nice and seemed like they knew what they are doing.

I was real nervous with this place by the reviews, but I had a great experience. Appt for 2000. Showed at 1800. I was MT by 1940. They have restrooms. Wish they were all this good.

Same as any C&S, slow. Wont take you earlier then 30 min to your apt, but keep you for hours after your apt. It been 2 hrs since I got a door at my apt time, and still havent touched me. Only about 6 trucks in the doors. Pathetic place. Although the guard at the gate was nice and curtious. Otherwise, the place sucks.

The people were nice, but they described it as a break down facility which means it took 3 1/2 to unload. Spots are kinda tight especially when they leave trailers in the way.

This place really sucks! Do not except loads to C&S Wholesale Grocers!We had a 7pm del appt but due to a bad snow storm we got there at 8:20pm. We had called to let them know we would be delayed. We were sent away and came back the next morning. Found out that they had CANCELED APPTS the previous night. Now they say they cannot take our Delivery until MAYBE on the night shift! MAYBE! We lost our next load because of this.. NO NOT THAT LOADS TO C&S!!!YOU ARE WARNED!!!

After reading the reviews I was prepared for the worst, but had a very pleasant experience coming to c&s today. I think a lot of it has to do with how big of a douchebag you are on arrival. Yes the lot is tight, but everyone there gives you a wide berth and time needed to back in. Total time gate in to gate out was 3.5 hours. Treat people ok and they treat you ok back

Drivers, please do not come here...! We missed an appt with 1h and driver was supposed to wait 4 days for the next appt... Also they do not to let you to park on the side or anywhere, only choise is to go 13 miles to truckstop

They get you unloaded fast but just the wait for the paperwork is terrible.
