First time doing business with air care and restoration, Anthony and Isaac were very professional, on-time and work very clean answer all my questions they tell you step by step of what they are doing First they did my dad house and then came to my house me and my dad are neighbors. They cleaned out our ducts we are very happy with the work Anthony and Isaac did!Highly recommended this Company.

Besides having out Air ducts cleaned we had them install the Reme-Halo Purification system as well. IMMEDIATELY you can tell the difference with both being done. Derrick, Anthony, and Isaac were so professional and so easy to get answers from. Efficient and did a great job putting down tarps on this rainy day. Quality of service was fantastic and they even squeezed us in on short notice (October 2018). Thought we were done (a year ago) when we paid in full by credit card and received the final report. Found out today (a year later) that they submitted us to a debt collection service for a balance we paid by credit card last October! Hopefully an honest mistake on their part, but beware to get full receipts/invoices and/or only pay by documented means (credit, check) so you can dispute future debt collection claims against you.

We had Air Care & Restoration complete mold testing and removal at our business in Bethlehem. The job was very professional and thorough. Mold has not returned and we were very satisfied with the work. Air Care included a Certificate of Completion in order to reassure our employees and customers.

We had a 8:00 am appointment for two guys to come over and clean out our drier vent. Not a call from them and no one showed up. Called the office 3 times and left one message. No call back. Wasted our time and would not recommend this company to anyone! Steer clear of this seriously unprofessional outfit. 9/13/19 what a pile of poop! I run a business and we do NOT run it like that! What is wrong with everyone these days???? It’s like nothing matters anymore...

On April 25 of this year (2019) Bill and Asees from Air Care and Restoration Co. cleaned the duct work in our home. They did a thorough cleaning and took care with our furniture. They were courteous and kept us informed with what they were doing at each step. We have been using this company for several years, and intend to continue with it.

We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The Air Care team arrived on time and completed the job within the time it was scheduled for. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Watch out Lehigh Valley!I was told my new home has mold and asbestos in it, found this company website claiming to test and remove them both. When I called and asked to speak to the CIE that the website says does all the inspections, I got a weird response and was told someone would get back to me (but no one ever did).After more Google searches I found that there is no one registered to that company that is a CIE or as an Asbestos cleaner as listed in Home Advisor. What gives?You can never be too careful these days. Do your homework before you decide who to let into your home.

We hired Aircare to clean our air ducts and help improve our indoor air quality due to allergies. The team whom came to our home in Allentown was very professional, clean and informative. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, i would highly recommend aircare.

Wow. What an aweful buisness. Joe is an arrogant man who was mad we even had him over for a free quote right off the bat, he then bad mouthed my land lord saying he wouldnt do buisness because he doesnt work with landlords because they wont pay to get it fixed. My land lord is far from a slum lord and wants to get a mold spot fixed in his house. He wanted a quote to fix the problem and this man wouldnt even give us a quote, gave us every excuse he could. Never have I ever experienced such an unprofessional buisness man. We will gladly call someone else.

My wife called Air Care to clean our Air Ducts and they did a fantastic job. They also pointed out future areas of concern that we were unaware of and had not been pointed out by our previous contractor.

We had Air Care Restoration come and replace all our HVAC/Duct work. Originally Keith, a seemingly knowledgeable guy came and gave us a quote. He sent 2 younger guys to come do the work.They did the job and the cold air from the AC was leaking and cooling the basement!You could literally stick your fingers into the gaps. We called and complained they came back out and said they fixed it. Then they to charge us more money for fixing what they missed!! We had spent several thousand dollars on the new HVAC work.Beyond disappointed & disgusted.Today we had RG White HVAC & Plumbing ask about our HVAC and said it was a botched job they mentioned the silicone paste that was smeared all over the HVAC.Yup confirmation that it was a botched job!
