I have been going to see Claire at the Organic Sugaring Center for 7 years now since 2014 when they were at a different location and I continue to follow them to their new location on Montgomery Ave for their professionalism, cleanliness, great quality, and punctualityThey are ALWAYS ON TIME and they take me into the service room right on the dot every single timeTheir building is conveniently located right next to the Waverly Gargae, which is rare in Bethesda to just park and walk to your appointment so easily. Parking is super easy you can pay with an app ParkMobileEveryone that works here are the BEST at what they do. They mainly focus on sugaring and waxing and they do THE BEST WORK which I really appreciate their expertise. Highly recommend!

Claire is absolutely Amazing! She is caring, professional and gives great post skincare advice. The office is clean and calming. I have been a client for several years. I am pleased with her sugaring wax services.

Amazing!!!!!!!!! I’ve been to all the employees for a wax and they are all incredibly polite, kind, and gentle. They have a super easy booking site and they give you reminders of your appointment in case you need to cancel. They also offer a wait list for a day that might be booked up, and I’ve actually been able to get in last minute bc of this option! Loveeeeee this place! I called twice to reschedule my appointment and was unable to leave a voicemail. I was charged the full price for the service I requested ($65). I had read the policy and completely understand, but after being a loyal client for years you would expect a little more understanding from their end. I scheduled another appointment and reached out for clarification that I wouldn’t have to pay $65 AGAIN and they told me I would since I missed the appointment. As I mentioned earlier it’s understandable and it’s why businesses have policies, but how could you expect a client to continue coming when being treated as if they were a first time customer. I had even came back after receiving text messages from a former employee of very nasty/uncomfortable accusations of this place, which I still don’t know whether it’s true or not.

Love it here! NEVER going back to waxing. Apita is the best. Quick, fast, and most of all friendly and professional.

This was my first time getting sugar waxed and I absolutely loved it! It was very affordable for armpits. Claire was very attentive, explained the process, and held great conversation. Im definitely coming back!

This was my first time sugaring and i was actually nervous about it! Though i am a normal waxer, a friend of mine had referred me and she felt like sugaring hurt more than waxing . I went to Colleen for a Brazilian sugaring and it literally wasn’t even a fraction of the pain i normally feel with waxing ! Like night and day pain! Not to mention Colleen is incredibly sweet! I will never wax again. I am thinking about doing my under arms too.

Organic Sugaring Center is hands down the best place I’ve been to for waxing services. The staff is always superior nice and professional. I’ve never had to wait before my appointment and they certainly DO NOT rush through your appointment. As a black woman, the sugaring has done wonders for my skin. There’s way less hair when it starts to grow back and the damage I caused from shaving is slowly fading away as well. I have no complaints about any of the staff. I’ve worked with a few but Claire is my go to every time.

The worst customer service from Claire. She is wicked rude. My entire family were good customers. No more. We are now going to another salon. Avoid Claire at all costs. She is horribly rude.

Colleen is GREAT the other lady who answered the phone refused to take an appointment over the phone.when I called three times for parking information no one answered and I brought that up when i checked in the same woman snapped at me that its on the website. Unnecessary and bad customer service. Colleen is the only reason Ill go back.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I called MULTIPLE TIMES to try and cancel an appointment I called from my personal cell and work phone and no one answered the phone. I was unable to cancel my appointment through the website. I got a call from Claire and she was really rude and said I wasted their time, I work in the customer service business so I know what thats like and that was not my intention as I reassured her that and I told her that I called multiple times and no one picked up, she said she had no proof of those calls even though I did call and I texted my best friend letting her know and even she said they never answer their phones, and I told her that i can screen shot that conversation and call my phone company to get the proof that i called multiple times, she said you can get all of that but we will not waive that fee as they charged me a $65 fee for a missed appointment which I understand but not if i called multiple times to try and cancel, she went as far as to say we do not expect you back here. She was really rude and condescending and I dont believe that any customer should be treated as so.

Very good food and excellent service. Staff is doing a great job keeping patrons safe during these times. limited reservations and cleaning protocols witnessed while dining.The brunch menu has great options for a nice late morning or early afternoon meal. will more than likely visit again. I have already recommended to others.

I’ve been hesitant about trying sugaring for months now (I usually stick to Brazilian waxing) but I am so glad I tried out Organic Sugaring Center! I called a few moments after they had opened with questions about setting up an appointment and they were so pleasant and helpful. My appointment with Apita was amazing! She’s very sweet, and does a very thorough job. I’ll definitely be back.

Been coming here for a while now for waxing and I love, love, love. I usually see Claire, shes so nice and does excellent work. Very sanitary for those who are wondering. She uses gloves and Ive never seen her double dip. She will literally throw the glove she was using away and put on a new one before getting a new ball of sugar wax out of the warmer. I get brazilians which can be painful. Claire does a great job at distracting me with interesting conversation. I used to travel an 1hr 30min to come here when I was living in VA and it was worth it. I live in MD now so Im much closer but I would continue to make the trip of I ever went back to VA.

I have been to quite a few hair removal places and received great service but this is hands down the best experience. The services are worth every penny and more. I couldnt believe the results when the esthetician got done. She was patient, took her time to make me feel at ease, explained the process and then proceeded to give me a waxing that was done with as little pain as possible. This is definitely my new waxing home!

All three estheticians are very professional and easy to talk to which makes the process tolerable! I used to go to annie’s wax studio but I couldn’t never go back! It had been about 6 months since waxing, and this place was the least painful experience Ive ever had! The esthetician was very personable, kind and professional. I will be a repeat client.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Under heavy snow I told them I would like to reschedule the appointment because I wouldnt make it in time and didnt want to waste their time. We spoke 3 times trying to reschedule. Whoever was working at the front told me that I needed to plan better for the weather and resulting traffic as if thats even possible. I was polite each time and tried to explain the circumstance and while they were planning to charge me (which I was planning to accept) she decided to be rude instead. Its amazing how you can treat a paying customer with such disrespect. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This is the only place I go to for hair removal because they use organic sugar paste, its a good price for what you get, and most importantly Clair is the best! I get Brazilian as well as my underarms and legs because I cant shave (way too painful and starts growing back in a day or two). And after getting those services done at least five times I definitely noticed (and continue to notice) that my hair is thinning out as well as in some areas it just stopped growing. I have pale skin and dark, thick hair. It might be a little painful the first time, but now I dont really even feel it and its very tolerable. Though it depends on peoples pain tolerance. I even drive almost an hour to come here and its totally worth it! And Clair is very friendly, makes you feel at ease, lets you know when the potentially more painful areas are coming up, is very thorough, and its great just having a conversation with her. I highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love Nita, she’s the best! Ive been going to Nita now for the past 7 months and shes so patient and quick. I barely feel any pain at all because she engages in great conversation. I drive 1.5hrs just to get my wax every 6weeks.

This was my first time getting a sugar waxing done and it was so much better than I anticipated. The pain is about 30% less than regular waxing. Talking during the process definitely distracts away from that sensation though. I saw Claire who was informative and professional. Definitely going again. Thank you for the awesome experience! 😊

LOVE this place! They’re clean, quick and just make the whole process easy. I believe I’ve used every tech there because I trust anyone they hire. I know some people don’t like being talked to when having services like these done, but I find it helps me. I just remember to breathe and/or laugh and just chat away. I’ve never had an issue here and highly recommend this place for sugaring. Also, if you’ve never gotten sugared, in my humble opinion, it’s 10x better than waxing (but I also had a terrible first waxing experience elsewhere - so maybe I’m just bitter)

Very fast and also not as painful as I expected it to. My skin doesnt feel irritated at all like it does with traditional waxing. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Maryland!

This has been my 4th waxing exp. First 2 traditional wax and pretty good. 3rd a sugaring scrub...most traumatic ever!! and then I found this place. This was by far the best experience ive has so far. Aside from still seeing me after i was clearly late and ready 2 reschedule, Nita was so sweet, had such a gentle touch, warned me in tougher areas. We made small talk and I was very comfortable. End result, beautiful smooth soft satiny skin. Ill be a regular going fwd. Also very reasonably priced.

They are all incredibly amazing.I’ve been before during and after pregnancy and the waxing have never hurt me a bit. They are ALWAYS on time. I’m from France and I’ve been traveling a lot a d so I’ve seen many places. But this one is sincerely the best. Traffic is awful getting here sometimes but totally worth the drive. Claire and the rest of the ladies are absolutely great and pleasant.

This place is worth the drive. I live near Annapolis, MD but I make sure to see Apita to do the Sugaring work. I trust her expertise and she goes above and beyond. Never did I have any issue on her missing a spot. How I truly wish she would expand her business in Annapolis/Crofton/Arundel Mills area.
