I have bought and sold numerous residential and commercial real estate properties in the U.S. and Canada over the last 40 years. I have worked with realtors both for my own businesses, my personal homes and as an attorney representing clients. Brad Rozansky is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is prepared, he knows the market and he knows how to price and sell residential real estate. In this particular case, I was selling my late mothers house. There were numerous issues and delays because of Covid-19. Brad worked with me two months before we even had a signed sales agreement--I could not legally sign until I was appointed as Personal Representative of the estate which was significantly delayed because of the Covid impact on the court system. He identified contractors who had the skill and the time to make necessary home repairs and updates and get the house ready for sale. He was responsive and organized. His marketing strategy was well thought out and resulted in numerous substantive bids with no contingencies--very unusual for an older home that was not sold as a tear down--resulting in a quick sale at a good price with no glitches. I would give Five Stars Plus if I could.

Unprofessional. Not even handing the key at the settlement. Not good experience overall.
