Realty Network has been managing my property for about 5 years, and doing so with excellence. I found them through another highly rated property management company that did not service my area. RN is proactive, very quick to follow up on requests and has a great online portal that provides financial information on demand. Excellent all the way around and very happy after 5 years with them.

I have always had excellent experiences with their team members from a customer service standpoint. Additionally, I have sold and purchased multiple properties through Realty Network, Inc. I am very pleased to have been working with Realty Network and the team. The property managers showed us the utmost professionalism in all they did for us. We had a bad experience with another management company but Sabine, Stefan, Walisa and staff gave us peace of mind in contrast. They were very efficient in handling our property matters from leasing and managing issues with our tenants and property maintenance. They even handled our property sale. At all times the staff has been responsible and reassuring which we value a lot. We have intensions to return to the Bethesda area in the future and will be contacting Realty Network for our realty needs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I hired this company in 2010 when I was moving out of the country and needed a property manager to manage my home in Silver Spring. I trusted them for eight years while abroad. When I moved back into the country, I found my house full of broken furniture, trash, ruined yard, and ruined interiors. Sabine, the manager, had contracted out to her own personal network of contractors, and I realised I had paid thousands of dollars to total unprofessionals who broke every piece of my furniture. I lost thousands of dollars because of this company, which did absolutely nothing to make up for it. Terrible company, terrible service. Save yourself form making the mistake I did.
