So glad I picked this place to get laser done. The Groupon deal I got was reaally good so I was skeptical about this place. But scheduling was super easy and flexible, I called to cancel my appointment the day before and they were able to see me that day.I just had my second laser treatment done here on the face over the course of 4 weeks and even after the very first one Ive seen a significant drop in hair on the treated areas. I went from shaving every day to shaving two or three times a week.Disclaimer, I have pale skin and dark coarse hair, which laser is practically made for, so Im lucky. The technician, who is an actual RN, told me I was reacting very well and showed me the actual hair follicles that had fallen out after getting zapped.Speaking of the technician, she is so incredibly sweet and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. The pain was absolutely nothing bad for me, but Ive had tattoos done and so compared to that its nothing.My skin was red after both treatment s but faded away within an hour and I had no residual pain, burning, etc. whatsoever. Very excited to see the results from this second round and beyond!

I have suffered from such severe burns on my face due to their laser... The top layer of my skin was immediately peeled off after the laser session and it left my face in scabs... I was in serious pain and had to go to emergency room yesterday to get it checked and was diagnosed with first degree burns...I called to cancel my future treatments and asked for a refund, they said they would only refund any unused portion of the package... But when I asked if there is any other compensation they could offer in case I suffer from scaring on my face due to burns, they said there is noting they can do...It is very disappointing to realize how much these types of practices don’t care about us - customers... Not owning up to their mistake and showing no care or compassion in a problem they r responsible for, it’s awful to experience such negligence from their whole team... I can not even comprehend this level of carelessness!!!So customers be aware, if such medical practice only cares about taking your money and doesn’t feel they should do anything to make it better when they cause u suffering and burns, that will take who knows how long to heal and they might leave scars, u better RUN from this place!!!I have an appointment with their doctor tomorrow and will see how it goes and where we stand, so I’ll update the review!!!

I signed up for hair removal treatments via the DMC Groupon offer in March 2017. The first one went fine. The technician at the facility on Pooks Hill Rd. in Bethesda was excellent. Then...A couple of days before my next appointment, DMC called me to say the technician had to be on leave for several weeks or months. I would be contacted when she returned. There was no alternative offered except a prorated refund. I elected to wait.After a few months, I had heard nothing. When I called Dr. Feldmans office, I was told the technician had been back for a few weeks. I asked why I was not contacted. I dont know was the response. Would you like to set up another appointment?.I set up the first available, which was a couple of weeks away. The morning of the day of my appointment, I received a call saying that the technician would not be available that day. Could I reschedule? OK, I rescheduled. That second appointment, a week or so later, went fine.I set up my third appointment. That went fine. On the way out after my session, I was asked when I wanted to set up my next appointment. We set it up for a couple weeks hence and I went on my way, not realizing that I was setting up for an appointment that DMC would contend was not covered by my Groupon. A couple of weeks later, I received a reminder for my 4th appointment - for February 22 2018 - more than 11 months since my first appointment. When I showed up and signed in, I was told I would be required to pay in advance. Pay for what?, I asked. I thought I had signed up for more than three treatments. I was then told by the DMC office staff that I had signed up for only three.Dedicated Medical Care had not bothered to go over my purchase or the number of appointments with me after I had waited months for them to contact me for my next appointment. They never contacted me to set up the next appointment. I called on my own initiative. They sent me an appointment reminder. I showed up. They figuratively stuck out their hand, palm up. Disgusting.So, just now, I went on the Groupon site. I see that I actually paid for 6 (six) sessions... Groupon sent me the vouchers. I called Dr. Feldman. She first told me to come in for my remaining three sessions. I said I did not care to. I asked for a refund. She told me to take the vouchers into the office to get a refund! Wow.Again, the technician is first rate. Unfortunately, she is associated with an incompetent practice and administrative staff. One that has wasted my time. No apology has been offered.My advice? Stay away.
