Purchased a copy for car keys/fob. Erased original key fob and says it was unfixable and was told they would not replace it. Paid to have a copy, ended up with one key.

Needed to re-program my 2003 Honda Accords remote key. Called the number and spoke with Edmundo from the Bethesda location. Great, knowledgeable guy. Man of his word, and gave me the best, competitive price. He programmed it within 10 minutes. Highly recommended and I will surely use his service in the future, if needed.

They charged $10 a piece to make three copies of a key for which I provided the blanks. Total ripoff.

Called for a 2008 Volkswagen Passat key, was told 75-120 on the phone. Got there and they wanted 300 for the key!! Keep in mind the key was BROKEN! Then they said that the dealer ship would charge me 600 when really they only charge about 200-250. Lol waste of time. Online it’s only about 60-100 dollars. Will settle for online. Better deals.

Not easy to find when you are not a Montgomery mall addict. The shop is outside on a parking. Good service, keys are working (which was not the case with Key Me, lucky me I have been refunded straight away), welcome and service are OK, price is less than 10 usd for 3 basic copies. Credit card paiment only, no cash. Open till 7pm, not a 24/7 service

Needed keys for my 2007 Camry and the dealership quoted me an outrageous price and I needed to tow the car to the dealership. Kevin was half the cost and came to where my car was. Had family in town last week my cousin lost her BMW remote and key, the car dealership wanted to charge $600 for it, we found Keyless Shop outside SEARS Auto Ctr, curiously walked in and gave them a shot.. man! Chris and his guys replicated her remote and key quickly and for less than 1/2 the price of a dealership. I went back the next day and made duplicate keys for all our cars just in case.

Im so glad I found this place. I misplaced my key to my Volvo and the dealer wanted an arm and a leg for the key. The Keyless Shop was able to cut and program my Volvo key for only $75. I saved hundreds of dollars from having to go to the Volvo dealer. They are located right at the Mall so its super convenient - I was able to go to Nordstrom while I waited for my car key to be made. Update: To their credit, this place is friendly, fast, and did excellent work. It is a laser cut which is nice but the cost and noting the cutting style is different than a Home Depot should have been presented better upfront especially since it is more expensive than the old way some of us are use to. I changed the star rating to as my only issue was with the sticker shock. I do appreciate the owners response to these reviews.Original post: Cost me $53 just to get my Honda key cut...not even programmed! Way too expensive. Prices are not displayed. I went in to get a copy of a key made for my 2008 Jeep Liberty. I had already purchased GMC key blanks through the web and just needed to get them cut. The owner tried to charge me $300 to cut two keys. When I told him that was ridiculous he suddenly dropped his price to $50 per key saying he had to look up the code. Even this seemed like an absurd amount of money to pay so I walked out. I ended up going with Pick Lock n Key who only charged $95 total for mobile service and key programming. Definitely look elsewhere

I recommend this place becuse they do good job.

Some times they give you good price but sometimes is crazy they try change me $70 just cut my key I bring my own key they just have to make that for me I think if they see you in a good car they over charge you sorry but that’s just my opinion

The price on their website was $125. Went they wanted $150-$175. Showed them their website and refused to honor the price. False advertising, smh

Car key fob wasn’t working as well as it used to so I took it to the key shop to see what was going on. Manager was very helpful, put in a new battery and replaced my old cracked fob with a brand new one.

Website says $150.00 for my Acura MDX car key that includes Cut and Program. Spoke with customer service to make sure, they can make one for me..Soon after i hang with them i got a call from local shop at 7103 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20817.. its about 45 min drive for me... so i just told them i would come on off days to make the key.. the confined the price $150.00 and 10% coupon discount they have online... the shop also sent me txt with their address... so finally i went down there yesterday... and they changed their price to $185.00.. guy was telling me.. web price and store price is different... i showed him his txt.. he lied to me saying that its not his number.. its mall number (very laughable).. tried to call from the store.. phone was turned off.....he txt me later from his phone for apologizing called their customer service and complain.. its not about $$$... its about dishonest business policy and lying their customer... .. .. i will make key from a local locksmith today for $175...

I lost all my car keys for my Toyota they sent out the technician to my house and he made the key and the remote the same day. Even though it cost $250 for the key and remote I was still able to save around $200 from having to go to the dealership. Thank you for the help.

Awesome!!! These guys are professional automotive locksmiths who specialize in programming any car key remotes at less than 1/2 the price of what the car dealerships charge. And they can do it within an hour, same day service, not 3-7 days like most car dealerships.

Wow, the older Caucasian man there is very rude and has a very bad temper. I was there trying to get helped when a young lady came in asking to return a key she had done there cuz it didnt work the guy immediately raised his voice and started being very rude and disrespectful to the young girl. The girl was respectful the whole time but he acted very unprofessional and stupid. I as a woman felt very upset that a man talks to a lady like that specially when she never insulted him or anything. Never going there again 😔

The Keyless shop made my life easier! I have a honda civic key that breaks often. Ive actually gone to the dealership multiple times, and paid a ton, to get it repaired and it continued to break. I went to the keyless shop and the guy there told me he could make my key into a flip key and that I no longer would experience it breaking off. The quality is WAYY better plus it looks cooler than the original one! thanks for the help! highly recommend them if you are experiencing the same issue.

Ordered keyless entry for 2008 Nissan Versa guy says 1 week no problem. Call 2 weeks later he says should be here anytime, Call 3 weeks guys says sorry no order was made. Pleas dont waste your time going to keyless shop at Sears Eastland Mall.

This has to be the worse experience ever, I went to the keyless shop with my own blank key(Mitsubishi brand) there were 2 guys, one started working on my key then said the key was fake so it broke. I decided to get one of their keys, Im waiting on the side then the guy tells me to go walk around cuz I was making them nervous and it wasnt going to make them any faster, I didnt take it serious so I was like its fine take your time then he told me he wasnt joking that I was going to make him do mistakes so I got very suspicious and decided to not leave. The second key they did didnt work and they said That my door was worn out but with time it would start working. It bothered me, so I said I didnt want the key and asked for my broken one the other guy said he had thrown it away and I pointed to the key that was sitting on the counter and said isnt that it? When he gave it to me I noticed they ruined it cuz they cut it with the wrong trim. So they dont just do the job wrong but they want to treat you like your ignorant. Very upsetting

They duplicated my key for my Volvo and saved me hundreds of dollars from having to go to the Volvo dealer. I called many other locksmiths companys and most said they couldnt do it.
