Fixed my necklace while engaged in great conversation. There are some really beautiful yet different jewelry pieces there. The cost of repair was not expensive and well worth the short trip. Greatest thing, there is plenty on parking available!

My elaborate clasp on a Pampillonia necklace broke and I brought it to Midiya for repairs. Rather than repair the valuable 14k gold clasp, he replaced it. After a few wears the replaced clasp broke. I went back for help. He was so rude. I was told he had no recollection of doing the repair and he planned to charge me to make another clasp. Given the first result, there was no way I would pay for a second round of poor craftsmanship. In addition, I wanted my original clasp returned to me. I will never go back, especially when he closed the door on me as I left the shop. Dominion Jeweler in Falls Church charges half the price and does good work. I am beyond disappointed with Midiya.

Quick nice and friendly watch repair. Removed extra links from my watch for $20 while I waited.

They replaced stones in a bracelet for a simple lock repair and did not tell me. Very amateur

Terrible customer service. I called to ask how much it would cost to repair a couple items. The person answered with an attitude asking how they can know without looking at the jewelry. I understand, but there are definitely nicer ways to let your customers know that you cannot even estimate a price without taking a look at the jewelry. I hope others have better luck with this store.

I brought a watch with a broken leather strap that had a broken metal buckle. While I was looking for a replacement strap, the jewler offered to replace the buckle right there. He did a great job and when I offered to pay he refused and said to have a nice day! And this was about 5 minutes before the very end of the day, which is the most annoying time for me to have shown up.So I am paying him back by encouraging you to give Midiya Jewlery your business. Very cheerful service and very knowledgeable was my impression!
