Carr is a great community, really enjoy coming to office. The team here is very nice, helpful and supportive. Great location to downtown Bethesda.

Even though they make it seem easy to park, there is no such thing with them. We used Parking Panda to book a spot in this garage. When we were back to leave, there was absolutely no one to allow us out. After almost an hour waiting for someone to come by and help, we tried to call the alleged number provided at a sigh by the gate, which was not a valid number. The person who answered the phone said he knew nothing about a parking garage. We finally contacted Parking panda and ended up paying twice. If the company does not want to pay an employee to be at the venue, they should not advertise such service.

Renting an office space at Carr has been a lifesaver! Our productivity is up (now that were out of the home office) and the space gives our business a professional, modern, clean, comfortable, and accessible (by car or metro) location to meet with clients. The amenities with Carr are extensive and the prices here are virtually all inclusive (for example, Carr includes amazing, individualized phone reception services, unlimited B&W copies, internet access and wifi, several conference room hours, unlimited coffee/hot cocoa, and more all in its monthly price--no surprises)! I cant say enough about the decision to move our business into the space at Carr--from the amazing staff here at Carr (shout out to Ashley, Paula, Michelle, and Renee) and the terrific physical office space we now occupy, to the great events/gathering/socials/networking with other business also here at Carr. If you are looking for a space for your business, Carr is the place to go!
