First visit, was told there was none of the currency I needed, but she wrote down my information and what I needed. I was notified when the currency was available. No problems getting it. Friendly service and coupon on the web site if you sign up for emails.

This is a very professional exchange, with some of the best rates Ive seen in a while - far better than anything youll get at an airport. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the pricing is very transparent. Theyll also waive the exchange fee if you bring your unspent bills back with your receipt! Highly recommend this location instead of any airport.

Very rude and saucy manager they charged me $5 for the exchange rate customer service is zero it all about the money they want to make from you. If you want to be treated like a criminal for currency exchange you can come here better still just go into your bank to order for your foreign currency

They were great! I called the day before to check on availability and they said they didnt have enough on hand but took my name and asked I call back the next day to confirm they had it. I was also told that it probably worked out better as the exchange rate usually goes down on Monday.

The cashier was very rude, she was supposed to give me a student discount but after I looked at my receipt, it says that she didnt give me a student discount. The CXI in New York City was way better.

I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes in line and the cashiers spent a half hour on each person in front of me and they were supposed to have my order already there but she couldn’t find it

Nobody was there even though it says that they are open
