I brought to Martins a damaged cable port on an old external drive. He was able to transfer files to my new external drive. Very quick turnaround time. I highly recommend.

If you are hesitant to trust a independent, individual computer tech, dont be. I almost missed out. Id been to two large companies (one of which asked me three questions then told me to buy a hard drive and install it myself because they had a 4 week backlog). My problem wasnt even hardware!Martins ran diagnostics, tweaked a few things, and now the laptop runs like it should. He was efficient, communicative, charged a very reasonable price, and did great work. Hes also thoughtful and considerate, and worked with my schedule. Thanks Martins!

I needed a windows clone from my HDD to a SSD. A simple process that involves the right software and knowledge of BIOS setting. Micro Center quoted me $230.00 and a THREE WEEK return time. Happy Home PC did it for about 1/3 of the price (very competitive hourly rate) and did it the same day I dropped it off! I was so pleased with the support, service, and follow up. I left messages with the business several times and did not hear back from them. I had suspected that since it is a home business that perhaps it was no longer operational. After posting this, I received an immediate response from the owner. I think, there may have been some technical issues (perhaps from using the link via my phone?) when I first reached out to them. Anyway, the communications through email have been quick and courteous. I have not used the service but if I do I will update this post!

Martins was very knowledgeable and helpful - I brought my HP desktop to him and he knew exactly what to check for. He even gave me some great additional tips that I didnt even ask for. Im going to send all of my family members to him any time any of us needs a PC repair.

Martin is the man! He is very easy to communicate with and very quick with both response times and repair times.I recently had a computer rebuilt and was experience rolling Blue Screens Of Death 4/5 months ago. Martin took my entire pc apart, benchmarked every part, put it back together, and reinstalled everything for me. He didnt even charge me as much as i expected him to!The only part I didnt replace during my rebuild last year was the power supply. I recently suspected that was acting up as well, and Martin was the first person i emailed without thinking twice.I couldnt be happier and am looking forward to dropping my PC off with him again.
