We switched over to Shipshape IT in 2018 and shortly thereafter began planning a move of our offices. They immediately provided invaluable help in evaluating our existing infrastructure, pro-actively recommending improvements, and centralizing documentation. When it came time to move, Shipshape took the lead in relocating and installing our equipment, recommending and procuring upgrades, and coordinating with a vendor who could build the physical housing for our equipment in advance of our move. They were so efficient that we experienced virtually no down time. Since the move, Shipshape migrated our email to a more secure server, recommended a website design firm whose proposal they then proactively reviewed, making recommendations for our protection, while remaining quick to respond to day to day technical and security issues. We remain continually impressed with the quality of service and breadth of expertise that Shipshape consistently provides, and would not hesitate to recommend them as extremely valuable business partners.

Shipshape took over our I/T support about 8 years ago. Under their oversight, the system has been consistently reliable with virtually no down time. Shipshape knows there is an issue before we do and addresses it. Management and key personnel have remained the same during our time and top management is readily accessible. We just switched from another managed IT firm to ShipShape, and I was skeptical that I would be happy with anyones service, having been treated so poorly in the past. I am pleased to report that I -- and other users -- have been pleasantly surprised when they call and get immediate service. Not just an answered phone, but often an answered problem. Admittedly, we are not the biggest or most sophisticated environment. In fact, were so small that they could just ignore us. But I have called on Friday at 5:00pm, or at 8:00am on a Tuesday, and gotten the same outstanding service I get in the middle of the day.
