ServPro works for the insurance company and not you. This can be dangerous for your health. They showed me in their readers that my water damaged cabinets were dry. They said they could be reused. I called in a mold remediation specialist and the truth was mold had overtaken my home and the air was unsafe to breathe. If I had trusted Servpro my home would have been a loss and I would have become ill. They will also send multiple representatives which in my case led to poor tracking. You will have to manage the situation yourself if you go with Servpro.

We wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for SERVPRO and Dan Lucas.In late July, we had water in the basement caused by our furnace’s condensation pipe backing up and it caused water to saturate our basement carpet. We had moved into our house 3 weeks prior and therefore became very concerned about the turn of events. This all happened and was discovered late Saturday night. Our first call was to Dan (as we knew he worked for SERVPRO). Despite it being so late at night, he took our call and in less than 12 hours later, Dan had a team at our house to assess that damage and start the mitigation process.With fans whirring, dehumidifiers running, and part of the carpet up/padding removed—3 days later the carpet was dry and saved. We were thankful and subsequently hired SERVPRO to address replacing the carpet padding and fixing of the carpet.There was one constant throughout the entire process that was fantastic, and it was Dan Lucas. Whether it was taking the initial call late on a Saturday night, having a team out early the next day, or most importantly to us, making sure the carpet was fixed correctly and timely. Dan was constantly following up internally, communicating with us on its status, what and when to expect something to happen, and making sure all the work ultimately met and exceeded our expectations. I can only imagine that this is a constant throughout SERVPRO.Dan is a fantastic project manager and we’re so grateful he was supporting our project. Thank you Dan!

Servpro of Bethesda restored my newly renovated home following a water infiltration incident. They used a team approach to tackling the many conditions that may be encountered in an 80-year-old structure that has been recently renovated. Each team had a dedicated lead who took time to answer questions at each phase of the restoration. They were prompt, efficient and always there when they promised.
