The customer service was great. They provided an honest and reasonable estimate, which turned out to be a little higher than the actual cost of the job. The work crew showed up on time, were very polite, and professional. I also really liked the two-step cleaning process they use and thought it resulted in a better cleaning

I am SO happy with the service. They quoted me a better price than any other company I reached out to and did a fantastic job on an Indian wool light yellow/grey carpet that hadnt been cleaned for ever and that I thought I might have to throw. It now looks absolutely new which is quite the miracle.

The operator came by and fixed what another carpet cleaner did (somehow made rug stains look worse). He took the time to explain what he would do, didnt over promise and delivered exactly what he said. The rugs look much, much better.
