NOT RECOMMENDED! I have bad experience and customer service received from TIMOTHY ULATE who also run another business to offer permits on behalf of his firm AtoZ permits (atozpermits.com). So nobody recommending to use him or his company for permits. You may lose money and time. I lost $600 which Time Ulate asked to send tto his bank account as portion to start his service. But then he was missing and not responding to calls. Then he will come to you with many excuses and threats.
