We used the Ibby website for updating two bathrooms in our home. The entire process was a breeze. The packages for walls, floor and plumbing fixtures are pleasing, compatible and wont become quickly dated. The Ibby team was responsive and respectful, completing the work within the specified time frame. Our old 1960s bathrooms have been completely transformed and the results are outstanding! We would definitely recommend the Ibby website, especially to busy friends and colleagues who are happy to work with options prepared by professionals and customize these to their own liking.

Fantastic experience! We needed a new bathroom to replace our 1939 vintage black and white one. Nice, but needed an update! We loved working with TJ and Jose on the ibby team. They delivered everything they promised. The result is beautiful and serene. And they finished in 13 days flat. Amazing. We couldnt have asked for anything better. Great experience. I really needed to re-do my bathroom, but I was dreading it. With dogs to manage while the work was being done, I was nervous about scheduling the work. Being unfamiliar with ibby, I was afraid of getting hit with additional charges after work began. Those fears were for naught. I am so pleased with the result, as the work was meticulous and the quality is superb. I couldnt ask for more accommodating scheduling -- they even worked on Memorial Day (at my request), so they could finish the work in time for me to return to work. From sales to prep to demolition to work to follow-up, I got nothing but professionalism with a healthy dose of friendliness. Oh yeah, and a good price. I highly recommend ibby. You wont regret it. AND youll have a great bathroom.

I consulted with Ibby several times about the decision to remodel our bathroom. I thought the designs and process were creative, and fresh, and the pricing was transparent. We decided not to remodel our bath at this time - we are going to do our kitchen instead. We wish Ibby did kitchens! When we remodel our bath we will definitely work with Ibby. TJ was wonderful and provided lots of excellent advice. He is very knowledgeable, low key, and accommodating.

I feel like I’m in a nice hotel every time I go into my bathroom!I contracted with ibby to remodel my 2 full baths in my mid80s townhouse. I had put off the remodel project—which was long overdue—because finding a contractor and determining the cost of the remodel seemed overwhelming. I loved the convenience of the online ibby design process which gave me a project total based on my specifications and tweaks to the design on my own timetable. My design confirmation meeting with TJ was a delightful experience (I loved his enthusiasm and backstory), and the contract actions were quickly and efficiently completed and the remodel scheduled. Jose showed up early to the kickoff meeting (before TJ) once the project was scheduled, and I knew that my bathrooms would be in good hands. Jose did a fantastic job, especially with the tile work! A couple of minor issues were quickly resolved during the project, which was done efficiently and completed on schedule with no cost surprises. I appreciated the extra touches ibby provided (and the 2 instagram posts that show my before and after remodels)! I love my new .beautiful bathrooms and recommend ibby to anyone looking to update their home.
