We had a wonderful experience with this shuttle service. We are a family of 4 and traveled to Europe this summer. I did a bit of online research and this company had the best prices and the most friendly customer service. We reserved rides to and from the airport. They were on time and the van had plenty of room for us and our 5 suitcases!! On the way home our flight was delayed and got in 4 hours late. Affinity Airport Sedan tracked our flight, the driver maintained contact with us, and was there for us as we came out of the airport. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was professional and friendly!! We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends.

Used this guy in the past for my wife and mother in-law to the airport. Right on-time, patient and runs smooth. I still owe him tip because i was running behind and did not see him after he dropped off and left, hope to use him sometime soon and pay back for that. I have been using Affinity (Jody) for airport shuttles for more than 5 years. Super reliable, friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. I have three daughters under 10, and on two different occasions, one of them has left something behind in the car. In one case, it was the outbound trip, and Jody held on to it (treasured stuffed animal) and gave it back to us upon our return. This is personal service. You call, Jody answers.

Ive used Affinity on four different round trips to the airport. Jody is polite, on time, and most important, is a safe driver. When Im relaxing or working on a trip to or from the airport, I dont need to be in a NASCAR race or be ducking from near misses. Jody is an excellent driver. The van is clean and new. When I reserve a ride home from the airport, he has always arrived a couple minutes after I call to let him know Ive arrived - never leaves me waiting. Pros: the van shows up on time, clean.CON: insane, erratic driving on local roads and beltway in the rain. I said slow down we are no hurry! On 495 did a five lane crossover, cutting off cars and people honking horns.Glad to have my life, this was the most unnecessary hair-raising, unsafe experience. Do NOT use this company unless you want to risk your life.
