We have used the services of AVS few times and they always handled our requests promptly and professionally. Anil, the owner of the company is very reliable and well trained in his area of expertise. He personally took my service request call. He even gave me advice on the phone, so that the system does not get damaged before coming out to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and is able to find the problem quickly and address it correctly. They are honest in their assessment and do not recommend unnecessary repairs to make money off you. I have recommended him to my friends and they have been happy with his services too. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you AVS for your honest services.

AC went out on one of hottest days of the year. Same day service. I was especially impressed with employees. The technicians were running a few minutes late, and I received call letting me know as well as a call to let me know they were on their way. Technicians very courteous and knowledgeable. One of them, who has been with company for almost twenty years, took the time to explain the problem as well as a suggestion as to improve our ACs efficiency. After asking around, I found the pricing was reasonable.

The one star is for the AC working. Otherwise, the company is a cheat and unprofessional. They will charge you more than $400 for a $15 item. They ignore your calls about billing issues. Specifically, I spoke to Danny in their office. Promises to call back with a resolution, then starts ignoring your calls for weeks.

The guys were very good and quick at fixing the problem with the heating system. The first time they came out, they thought it was fixed but then something else was not right so they came out a second time and found an additional problem and now everything is working great. the next morning they even contacted me to make sure it was working good. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good service group to fix your heating and cooling units. Thanks guys.

We have been using avs for over 10 years across 3 houses and have always been very pleased with the technicians and their work. AVS is very responsive, timely, and dependable. Earlier this year we had a problem with our heating and AVS was able to get a technician out to us within 24 hours and had our heating working that evening. It ended up being a fairly easy fix and they charged us accordingly. I have recommended AVS to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

AVS Heating and Air Conditioning spend a long and hot day replacing my AC which was outdated and leaking at my tenants. Franco and Aneal couldnt have done a cleaner, more wonderful job with minimal disruption and it was as if nothing happened after they left.I mostly appreciate the cleanliness of our home while they were working and It was something I didnt request.

HOLY MACARONI !! Weve all had service, and I can tell you I have never had a better experience with any company and Ive had many. The day was scorching. The AC had failed. I saw the many 5 stars for AVS and gave them a shot. No one else could come before the next day. THEY WERE HERE IN 20 MINUTES. The team was all pro and perfect. They replaced a capacitor quickly, and the charge was TOO REASONABLE. I expected something around $600 to $700. They charged me $300. I gave them a substantial tip. Right?!? I tell everyone in the neighborhood these are the go-to people. I sing their praise!

Anil was very courteous and persistent in solving the issue with my refrigerator. In solving the problem we had multiple communication making me feel comfortable whereas previous technicians may have given up and suggested you go spend another 3K on new refrigerator.Thank You AVS. Anil and his team responded the same day for a furnace repair on a chilly January day. They did not try to upsell me like my previous HVAC company did. We had a furnace humidifier which broke and probably does not need to be replaced as most people without a medical need for them get by just fine without them. I have used AVS for my home and business HVAC for years.

Tech left no report of his work on the a/c unit, something that was customary with all my previous service contractors.

Today AVS came to my home and fixed a glitch that was preventing the hot air on the furnace from circulating consistently on automatic setting. They also tweaked the fan setting, to actually increase the speed in which it activated and the intensity of the heat. AVS has serviced my heating and air conditioning for the past 12 or 13 years, and has consistently provided prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced services. They are honest, which I find refreshing in dealing with home contractors. I recommend them most highly.

I had to take two days off of work to wait for a technician to come to my home for a diagnostic- which never happened because I got fed up.Not only did they reschedule on the original day they were supposed to show up (technician took longer than expected at another assignment; ok, fair enough), but on the reschedule date, they would have had the nerve to show up over an hour later than the estimated window (1-4 PM) had I not called and cancelled at 4:55 PM.No respect for working people’s time. I am thoroughly confused by the perfect reviews/ratings this company has on here, but hey, maybe if they actually show up, their technicians do some excellent work. Guess I’ll never know. Zero stars if I could give it.

My air conditioning unit stopped working on the 3rd of July. I called AVS and they came at 10 am on the 4th, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. They are professional, on time, knowledgeable, and very nice. Their charges were very reasonable. I give them a 5+ rating!

On a hot Sunday when the temperature was soaring towards three-digit degrees, our AC unit broke down. We called for repair services that advertised to be opened 24 hours a day including Sunday and got mainly responses from an answering machine. The exception was AVS where a human voice thankfully answered. Very soon after, Mr. Anil Sareen, the engineer from AVC, arrived and proceeded to fix and replace the capacitor and cleaned the condenser. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. We are very happy about the quick response to a dire circumstance and the excellent service.
