Too expensive and they make money when you have to pay overage for the little amount of gigs they give you

GCI in Bethel has terrible customer service almost as bad as theyre internet and alleged 4 G data services. The employees Ive dealt with were rude and somewhat entitled. They know theyre the only game in town and they act accordingly. At least most of them do especially the ones that work in the store. I had one who actually told me to Google a solution to the problem my phone was having because she had no idea how to fix it. At any rate they wont be the only provider out here forever and when another comes along the exodus will be epic...

Do not like to be negative. Very unhappy with product. Will be missing football due to bad product recently installed. Overpriced and not remotely worth the cost.

Just like any GCI store. Its just business.
