I came here last week for a consultation for an intimate laser lightening treatment. I came for a consultation because I wanted to be confident in the place I would be getting my treatment from this fall.I was pretty uncomfortable throughout my visit between the atmosphere and the guy who I was doing my consultation with could hardly make eye contact with me. Probably because he gave me a washcloth( Im not kidding) to cover up with after examination.As I was getting dressed I noticed a layer of dirt and hair on the equipment they would have been using on me and right then I should have canceled but walked out not know what to say.Swoon in Wexford is a much better facility, even the body Beautiful cranberry location which is intertwined with a foot clinic in the same office.

They have amazing prices and I’ve never found a place with so many different services! They’ve answered all of my questions and helped me through the entire process! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Jessica was a sweetheart. She was very professional and skilled. She made me feel very comfortable during my sclerotherapy session. Will definitely be back for more treatments.

They did an excellent job on my permanent eyeliner!She did the top lids and did an Excellent job. She used numbing cream and the process was pretty pain free! She made sure that I was happy with the look each time.Highly recommend her! Will def go back for touch ups in the future!

I LOVE Body Beautiful Laser Medi Spa! She is so great, makes me feel comfortable and at ease during treatment. I had my inner thighs treated and even after one treatment I saw a noticeable difference. Having recently moved to the area and needed a touch-up for my eye liner that I had done years ago. She made sure that the liner went between my lashes for a fuller look. I know that my involuntary eye twitching on only 1 eye made the job difficult for her, but she took her time, made sure I was as comfortable as could be, and made my eyes look perfect. Couldnt recommend her enough.

Really great place! I went to the office right outside of Pittsburgh and the staff was very nice and enthusiastic about helping me with my skin issues. They did a remarkably good job with my microneedling procedure and my skin is already clearing up.

Finally got a call today (11/14/2019) in regards to this previous review (below) I had given in 2016. The scaring did begin to diminish weeks to months after my last treatment. I was told: the darker spots could have been there before I had the fractional laser done but were not visible, Fractional laser treatment can be done under the eyes. There was no apology for not returning my phone calls back from that time. I gave this company a chance to care and be concerned about: looking at my skin today to see what I was talking about (other people have pointed out they could visually see the darker spots), offer to correct what I was talking about. That would have easily made me happy and satisfied. Owner denies personally speaking to me on the phone from that time about prices discussed or doing the services himself. I will update this in regard to any change._____________________________________________________________________Fractional laser caused hair growth, sun spots/ brown spots/ age spots, broken capillaries or broken blood vessels on me and did not get rid of lines on my cheeks. After having 3 appointments/ treatments of the service that claims to correct these issues- IPL Photofacial (which I should of not had to pay for because the Facial Rejuvenation caused this damage) did not appear to show a difference. Body Beautiful will not do either one of these services around the eyes even though the website says they do. Body Beautiful will not do either of these services on ears even though that is one of the primary places sun damage is. I have made attempts to speak with the owner who had initially told me he would be doing these services for me but he (Mark Fleis) has never responded. The price he had initially told me he would charge me for these services was also drastically lower than what I was charged.

The staff do not try sell you things you dont need. Its great that they dont charge for consultations, and ive found them to have the best laser treatments in Pittsburgh for many cosmetic services. If you are cautious about trying cosmetic services out, this place gives great advice.

I was so surprised in the depth of choices this place has for the same service! Microneedling is awesome (which is what i got) but they also have Q-switch Picosure for wrinkle reduction, e2 for skin tightening, 1440 and 1540 for stretch marks, ematrix sublative for skin resurfacing and even scars. They also have the several other basics to expand results like microdermabrasion, peels, ultrasound and exfoliating facials. The staff is very knowledgable and will help you with the best choice for you.
