Took my sons car in knowing what it needed to have done as we had the computer engine analysis done for free somewhere else. I had spoke to an employee last month who quoted me around $400 to fix it. Took it in this past weekend and then got a phone call telling me that it was going to be over $800 to fix. When I declined having it fixed, they charged me $99 for doing their own analysis. I already had that done and had I been told they were going to charge me to check it again, I never would have brought it in. Was hoping to have a reliable honest mechanic for my son who is going to college nearby. Guess I will keep looking.

Well got tires here with moms Jeep that was fine and good prices but, had them check her Jeep Patriot out, they said 2 hub assemblies need to be replaced quoted a price of $823 to replace both, called around ended up having meineke inspect and they found only 1 to be bad and charged only $203 total, today I had an appt at Firestone with my truck to check the ac and door ajar sensor, when I made the appt the guy said it would be $10 to check the ac and they would look at the door ajar issue, today I went in and jerry said it would be around $50+ to check the ac and some other amount to check the door sensor and that’s not even replacing parts . So ended up cancelling my appt, meineke said free check of ac and door ajar sensor, Firestone has now lost my mom with her Jeep as a customer and has lost me with my Ram as a customer

Came to Firestone to get 2 brand new back tires for my BMW.... Asked if they would balance my front tires. Mind you, I just paid over $300.00 for my tires.... And the worker says... Itll be an extra $30.00. Then added, sorry my employees get paid by the job, not the hour!Poor customer service....

I walked in and only had to stand in line a few minutes I had a 1:00 appt for a wheel alignment they got me set up and I stayed there for the whole process, Gerald was very kind and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on what was going on. It was a quiet and relaxing time there and now my car drives even better thanks to Firestone.

My mom and I were passing through OKC from Las Vegas to Delaware and got a flat tire. My rim was cracked. They squeezed me in on a Friday evening to figure this out. They dont sell rims but referred me to a salvage yard that was open on Saturday morning. I got my rim and this Firestone put it on for me first thing Saturday so I could hit the road by noon. Even recommended a good breakfast spot to take my mother. Excellent service and was very cheap. Breakfast was great too before we hit the road. Thanks for everything

Terrible experiences at this Bethany location. MULTIPLE TIMES Ive tried setting up an appointment through the Firestone App. I was confirmed on my first appointment time just for them to turn me away when I got there. I was able to get another time scheduled while I was there. When I finally got the service done, 4 new tires and an alignment, my tire light was on, on my dash. I asked them and they told me its not their fault or their problem so they will do nothing. I had another appointment scheduled for Sunday at 12. Never heard back and when I called to try to schedule then was told they dont have any openings till the next week but the app states many available time slots.

Theyve always been efficient and helpful at this location, even taking a look at things or airing up a tire even though they dont have time to do the full work that day. I highly recommend the tire warranty, as well, free replacement with no questions asked within the warranty period.

Made an appointment the day before online for an oil change drop-off the next day. Appointment confirmed. Get a call 20 minutes before my appointment that they can’t fit me in that day. Seriously?

Second time I visited this fire stone location the first time was two years ago September 2018 to get a replacement tire in today 21 August 2020. Chase helped me select the tires that I wanted the right size gave me a decent price and I also got a military discount. Chase runs a great operation And let me know that my brakes were getting a little worn thank you very much for a great experience at your location.

Discussed, Jerry didnt want to be bothered he was short and rude, and I still do not have my car, and Jorge I feel made me pay for a part that never was delivered, Firestone use to be my number 1 now its becoming a 0....part was suppose to be delivered Wednesday, then I was to told Thursday well today is Friday still no part...seriously!!

Usually my son is responsible for managing car issues in our house, but he was busy and couldnt when we needed tires replaced. Gerry was extremely helpful, didnt sell us things we didnt need and made sure we were treated well.

Called Firestone on the spur of the moment, needed dry cracked drive belts changed out, oil change, wipers changed. Was all done within a hourvery professionally.

Friendly and fast service. Ran over something on my way to work, tire was hissing air and going flat quickly, crippled my car to Firestone on NW 23 and Rockwell. The workers were nice and my tire was patched so quickly that I was not late for work. What a relief it was to me!

So I will ONLY be using this Firestone location from here on out. The Store Manager, Chase Phiilips, is absolutely amazing!!!I had encountered a couple problems with the Shepherd Mall location (Store # 15474) managed by Rick Taylor, which were left unresolved by Rick. So I took my vehicle to another location (Store # 22063 in Bethany OK). Chase and his staff were extremely busy, but after telling them what the other location did, they fit me right in. If you are needing any repairs, please choose this location and ask for Chase!! Thanks again.

The staff was very friendly. I went across the street to Walgreens while they patched my tire that had a nail in it. Took about 30 to 45 minutes but there were also 2 or 3 other customers there before me. Didnt cost me anything since I had the protection plan, definitely worth the extra $$$ at original purchase.

Had a wheel alignment there. They did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable guys there. Would highly recommend. They also sell tires.

Had my car looked at I just replaced my front breaks 4 days before going in there because it was still making noise like it was the breaks the 1st guy that looked at it said my breaks where good but they would need to look at it further and the next guy said all my breaks and rotors were bad and the cylinder was leaking and I was going to cost 750 to fix but they do financing I said no took it back to my mechanic and it was the bearing nothing that they said was wrong with it and the noise is gone this place is a scam

Terrible....woke up this AM to find it had a flat tire. Called these guys, as firestone Tire shops tend to be trusty in tires, yeah?Took my Tire up there, was okay with the 19.99 price to repair a year old high end Tire...well the manager, after his review said the tire was trash, couldnt repair...I asked to view the tire issue myself. Was COMPLETELY in an area that they could have patched it, but instead tried to sell me on a 240.00 tire... Couldnt believe his attitude when I said I would look elsewhere on a tire needing only a patch, fine load it up yourself.. was his answer...Well guys, many places in town sell and maintenance tires. This one is not to be trusted, scammy manager doesnt care about you, or your flat tire on a weekday work morning....only his Tire sales.Screw these guys, folks like him are why people intentionally dont trust Mechanic shops.Oh got my Tire patched and repaired at another shop for 10.00.... no issues, trashed tire back on the road no thanks to these folks.Skip them, look elsewhere.

Made an appointment online and received no word but got an email so it had been booked. I showed up at my scheduled time and they had no clue what was going on. Why have an appointment feature if you don’t even use it. Frustrated.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT FIRESTONE EVER!!!!Im a Firestones customer for 4 years so far but at this location I had my worst expirience ever. The manager is arrogant and has the WORST comunication skills with customers Ive ever seen in my life. One of the mechanics told me that Im scheduled for an oil change at 9:50am today, but when I showed up he was off and looks like he didnt do his job. The manager at my beggings to call him to figure out whats going on just refused to do it with a disrespectfull smile in his face. I WOULD GIVE -5 STARS but google doesnt have such an option...looks like even Google have never seen such a bad customer service... Im pretty sure Im done with Firestone. Ill move to an another shop who cares about those people who brings them money.

They were packed but still worked me in. They are always the most helpful.

I stopped in for a rotate balance because I noticed they had 3 stalls open. Then they tell me they are so busy they cant get to my rotate balance for two and a half to three hours. Ive heard bad things about this shop but decided to give them a chance to earn my business. I dont think they can keep employees. I certainly dont do business with a company like that.

The guys are nice enough and seem to know their stuff, but they seem overpriced compared to some other shops in the area. Had a job quoted here and ended up having it done at another shop for less than half the quote I got here.

I ran over a piece of metal in the road and had to stop to have my tire patched. This was the closest tire shop I could find. Ive always used Hibdons in the past. Its usually in and out in about 30 minutes and its FREE. Free for anyone, not just past customers. Firestone took about an hour and it was $30. The tech at the counter, James, I believe, was friendly but I can not recommend Firestone to anyone when other tire shops are obviously much more economic.

When I called to get an oil change done, the person on the phone said he could get it done immediately. 15 minutes later when I get to the store, the same person tells me I have to wait 1 hour before they can start working on my car. I dont think its fair taking peoples time for granted.
