An inexperienced tech was sent to check a problem with our Kenmore dishwasher. He was new and had no clue regarding dishwashers. He spent the better part of his two hour visit on the phone getting help from a more knowledgeable tech. In the end his recommendation was to replace a part for $300. I declined because I felt that he was just guessing at a solution. Never again will I call Sears Home repair service.
