Positive Changes is the absolute epitome of making your kids worse. Sending someone here is stripping them of their basic human rights. It makes kids worse!! Do not send your kids here!!

They have done amazing things with my son. He is learning how to use coping skills, has opened up about feelings which has made him feel better about himself, and his Therapist Kayla truly cares about him ( I have caught the watery eyes Kayla!) My son has made huge progress at Positive changes and I know he will continue to! And as a added bonsu I have learned a lot as well on how to be a better father for him.

If I could give them a ZERO i would! My son received absolutely no help from this place outside of the psychiatrist and nurses. The mental health techs are AWEFUL! He was roasted by MJ because he needed haircut one week and it was mismanaged. He was attached verbally by Andre because I reported that he was throwing up gang signs towards my son and other kids. He was repeated insulted and belittled by Andre when he was reported. He was made to feel bad by a van driver Neva... Nelva, something like that, she know who she is. And last but certainly not least my son was physically harmed twice by two different staff members with bruising to prove it. I am not defending my son for being difficult to teach but he should never be harmed by staff if he wasnt a threat to others. Be aware parents of MJ, Andre and Carl if you have to place your child there. Let this place be a last resort. If your child is 13 years and up choose Integris Day treatment center instead!

My daughter recently had to go into the hospital because Dr. Smith insisted on taking medication down that she had been on for some time. I protested but was out voted. I am not taking her back there when she gets out of the hospital. We are going to move to Edmond and try that branch. I want to thank Kambri, because I think she really did care about my daughter. Alison as well. The rest of the staff, I dont know. Based upon my daughters reports, some of them are clearly there just for the paycheck and are in the wrong job. But kids do exaggerate sometimes. I will reserve judgement on all but Dr. Smith. She clearly is not the doctor I want to treat any child of mine again.

The staff there was ver helpful fot my son. And Im forever grateful for the care.
