Unfriendly, hostile guy apparently thought I was trying to retrieve my (stolen & recovered) vehicle without paying and lectured me about where I should & shouldn’t drive, in spite of having no clearly marked business identifier & conflicting names (are you “Twister” or are you “Superior Rescue”?). Even after apologizing and explaining why I was confused, I was treated rudely and my vehicle was moved to pretty much the least accessible spot possible in the near-empty lot for my own tow truck to retrieve. More details available on Yelp - not repeating here but definitely a worthwhile read if you want to see how honest, cooperative first-time customers are treated.

Brad is professional, responsive, and timely. He showed up when he said he would and kept open communication throughout the whole process. He really helped our family to salvage a road trip that quickly turned sour after our vehicle broke down in Texas. He went 4 hours out of his way to help us out. I highly recommend him and his company.

I tried to get my vehicle out of impound from these people Within the first 24 hours my vehicle was impounded and the dispatchers could not help me told me no one could be there to help me until Monday which my vehicle was towed on a Friday and by Monday they wanted to charge me $500 and something dollars to get my vehicle out of impound when I was trying to get it out all weekend and would have gladly paid the $45 after hours fee which the dispatchers didnt even know about apparently and then I was told that it was that high because they were required after 24 hours to file necessary paperwork to notify the last registered owner that the vehicle had been impounded when in fact I had tried to notify them within the first 24 hours I knew it was there but no one even took down my name and number so not only was they trying to force me to pay that fee for that paperwork when they didnt even have to file the paperwork because the owner already knew it was there which was me and I couldnt even get it out but they say they offer that service

Just had my vehicle delivered by Brad. Very good at what he does I would trust any car with him. Definitely will use this company anytime I have a need for it in the future.

Had a breakdown around 4pm on 4-9-2021. I called around to a few different places and everyone was around a 60 to 90 minute wait. That wasnt gonna work for me so I called one more place that google maps didnt even show me the first time I searched towing near me. It was twister towing service. They didnt have the greatest star rating but the lady who answered the phone was very nice AND she said she could get someone out to me in about 20 minutes! SOLD! Only 15 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver, Brad, was great! My daughter, 6 years old, thought his truck was so awesome and Brad was so nice chatting with her about his truck while he was loading it up. He did a great job! After he drove off with my SUV, we got in my wifes car and my daughter kept saying how nice that guy was lol. We drove to the dealer we agreed on and met Brad there. The dealer said they could not work on my vehicle because it was a Ford. 🤷‍♂️ Luckily, Brad hadnt unloaded the SUV yet and we explained our problem. He said no worries, Ill take it down to the next dealership free of charge since it was just another half mile down the road. Thank you so much Brad! We will definitely be using Twister towing service if we ever need a tow again!

Brad was my driver and he was very prompt and patient and waited while I ran to atm. I they were very affordable, other places wanted to charge me 175 they only charged 95. So I will be using them more often. Hi would highly recommend them.

If you are ever in need of a tow in OKC in the Bethany area, Twister Towing should be the first company you call. I was passing through and ended up with my car submerged in 4ft of water entering the freeway and drove into a drainage ditch. I called them at 5am and Brad was there in less than 30 mins and got me out. He had to get down in the 4ft of water and it was his day off. He did not even bat an eye or complain about getting soaked. He even offered to help me get to a mechanic if I needed additional help. I cant express my appreciation enough and would recommend Twister in a heartbeat!CALL THEM 1ST!!

The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. BUT they charged me $100 to tow my car 1 block from my house. I forgot to get the receipt for my insurance company and it has been impossible to get it since then.

Very prompt service, and my driver, Brad, was very kind. Brad even offered to drive me back to my work. The phone operator couldve been more forward/informative about the cost of the service ($75), but thats my only minor complaint.

One of the drivers of this company not only passed me doing a very high rate of speed, he also came into my lane and nicked my side mirror. When I called to report it to the owner He didn’t really seem to care. I’m afraid to drive around where I live because I see this driver all the time and he’s very reckless.

Twister towing. They are thiefs and do not follow the state regulations for abandoned vehicles they stole the battery out of my truck and failed to cont me the legal owner of the vehicle which was stolen from me and abandoned. They should lose their wrecker license as well as any type of business license they may possess

Hate to write this review because I had a good experience the first time I used them, but the second time, they greatly damaged my car. I could barely open the driver’s side door after I got my car back. I called three times and left three messages in two weeks, and never heard back. I asked the receptionist for the owner’s number, she said no. I asked for their insurance number, they said no. BEWARE of using this towing company. If they damage your car, your only option will be to take them to small claims court. They will not work with you.

Horrible place

Having issues with them.. I got my car stuck like a fool in my back yard.. my drive way was plenty big for the truck to go all the way back in.. but the driver refused to go farther back and winched my car at a hard angle . he put hooks around my control arm and bent it.. 100$ dollars spent to damage my car.. 2 garages said I need to talk with twister to get it taken car of.. 300 is alot of money to me.. 2 weeks later Im still trying to hear back from the owner about it.. feel like hes blowing me off.

Vert unprofessional 457 for not even 24hrs of having my vehicle. Also only takes cash for impounds which they failed to mention after i called and asked for everything needed to releases my vehicle. Worst customer service.
