Very good tag agency very fast but you have to make an appointment to get your drivers license they take cash and major credit cards I believe only four or five people are allowed in building at a time

I ran into a nightmare when I lost several titles to several different types of vehicles. When I called to explain my situation someone answered right away. They were very helpful and patient as I explained each of the vehicles unique situations. They told me everything I would need in advance to submit the paperwork. The staff was very friendly and walked me thru the process involving the bank lien releases, court documents etc. I would highly recommend this little tag agency, I will be going there from now on.

Phone even on the hook? Been calling for days just trying to get ahold of somebody and somehow the phone has been busy for 50+ phone calls, on 3 different days. Horrible place and horrible service. I’ve dealt with them prior to this experience and it was horrible as well. Almost like they do not like customers.

Absolute rudest and most unprofessional old women in the state of Oklahoma. Gave me bad information about getting a license so I drove all the way here in an uber, spent my money I couldnt afford to get here to be told that theyre sorry but the information we gave you was bad so tough cookies you cant get your license. Lets not mention the fact that they had zero customers in the entire place while I waited for an hour for another uber to come get me. Zero. Customers. At. All. So while I waited I renewed my license online. Took ten minutes. Id really recommend using any tag agency but this one.

When a few of us walked in at the start of the business day (without an appt), one of the ladies was very abrupt. No one had an appointment and the 830 person wasnt there. She could have helped at least one person.

Normally a great place to do business. With them hit with Covid-19 and in the rush to get the real ID thing up and going. I wasnt very pleased when i went to just renew my drivers license and was asked if i had an appointment? It was ok that only 4 people can go inside at a time and that we had to wear a mask. I was told there was a 3 week waiting list and my license had already expired. And that i could only get it at The Village Tag agency. So after a drive to find it i get there and even though there building was much bigger, it was full of people waiting along the walls. I am old with lots of health issues. I hope getting a drivers license hasnt killed me in the coming weeks. But i cant drive around with an expired driver license. I thought it was the slow mail we had to worry about. Turns out the tag agency is just as slow and more deadly!

Very helpful and friendly! Love them! They quickly take care of my titles and know what they are doing. Never had a problem with Gingers tag agency. Now it does get busy since they are located by so many dealers. So be patient!

They put the wrong dates on my tags and will never answer the phone and I’m loosing money because of them

Had an appointment that I scheduled for 9amI am currently writing this review while still waiting for my DL. And its now 10:30 am. I dont want to reschedule or go somewhere else because idk when I can get back in. If your expecting something fast dont go here.So.... they made a costly mistake and now i have to get my I.D. again. I called to tell them about the mistake. They were very rude and said it was my fault and i agreed that it was all correct. I did agree. This was after being there for 4 hours trying to renew my id. I was under duress after missing work and have to drive up to that place 3 times just to get my id renewed. And to top it off it takes a month to receive it. Now i have to redo the whole thing and everyone is booked up. Because of this stupid real id thing.

Ive gone here 2 times to get my license. They can get a little sassy but its ok i like it!

I was supposed to get my sticker and gave him the paper that I got in the mail and the lady was trying to overcharge me I said excuse me you put too much money its not that amount oh I didnt know yall I think she supposed to know how to read

Ive been here more than a dozen times because they know what theyre doing and theyre fast. Even at times when their lobby is full the wait time is usually less than 15 minutes because the process everything so quickly. Always courteous and professional.

This might be the worst tag agency in Oklahoma City. The women who work in there have horrible attitudes. I’m amazed at the lack of respect from the people who work here. If you don’t like dealing with people find a new job. Terry is the main one who made this experience the most difficult time getting an I’d. Poor customer service

Ginger and her employees refused to transfer a title and accused me of forgery and lying about the purchase price. Wasted 30 minutes to realize they decided to refuse service. All the documentation, insurance was valid, title issue date was correct and I had a bill of sale copy on my phone (which they didn’t ask for). Went to another tag agency and was in and out in 10 minutes. I would avoid this place and I am going to report them to the Oklahoma Tax Commission for refusing service to an Oklahoma Tax Payer.

This is where I conduct all of my tag business. Its fast compared to other tag agencies (bureaucratic red tape is slow no matter who is doing it), and because of that, the wait usually isnt too bad. The staff is professional.

I have been going to Gingers for close to 20 years now. Always having a positive and productive experience with their services. Highly recommended if you need their type of services.

One star is generous for Gingers Tag Agency. After expecting to pay a little over $400 for tags and title (we purchased a used car not too long ago) they charged us a number of miscellaneous fees which rose the price to $570. Ridiculous. Where the state requires a $4 fee to check the VIN number, they charged us $15. When they had to hold documents for me overnight, they charged me $2. They didnt even use those documents when I came back the next day, but decided to start the whole process over.The kicker is, this was the SECOND time doing this with a new car within the last year. We bought a car last year before we bought this one - sadly, we were in a wreck and the car was totaled, so we bought the same make/model and year that we previously owned. We knew what to expect with price considering we did this exact same thing a few months prior.Nope. Fee. Fee. Fee. Fee. Fee.The customer service is about as outlandish as their fees. As a woman was helping me the first time, I told her I didnt have the new vehicle with me. She continued to work, so I didnt think there was a problem. Once she told me she will need the vehicle mileage, I told her AGAIN the vehicle isnt with me, because its my wifes car and she was currently at work. I offered to go get it and come back. However, I doubt she heard this. Annoyed, she threw the documents at me(the ones I gave her at the beginning of the process), which then fell on the floor. She was then excused for her lunch break. I found out a few minutes later by another woman that all I needed was a picture of the mileage.Oh. Well, thats nice. Let me DUCK long enough to avoid an array of papers and documents and text my wife to get a picture of what you need.Avoid this headache of an establishment. Avoid the cattiness of these workers and their FEEmongering ways. Its worth going an extra five minutes out of your way.

I have no idea what that other lady was talking about in that other review I read.... I went to this tag agency today to get a title for my old car that I wrecked. I was greeted upon entering the agency. The 3 ladies sitting at the desk were very friendly and informative. They made it painless and easy to get a new title! I was only in there for 10 minutes! I will be going back to this tag agency! :)

Very helpful. The pleasant staff took care of my title transfer quickly and professionally. It was a bit more complicated and that presented no problem for them.Currently they are cash only. Not sure when that will change.

This is the most racist place. If you notice all of the reviews are rather old, except the one about her business hours. Most of her business is from old friends who probably dont like change. I noticed when I was in there that only the older certain people were treated kindly. When it was my turn they just wanted me out of there. I would not recommend this place to anybody! BTW as much as she charges for faxes and copies she should be able to buy a bigger building!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I called a different tag agency before I went in and got told the price would be less than %5 of the retail price. I asked if this was the same across the board for all tag agency’s and was told yes. I also asked my car dealership just to make sure, they told me the same thing. So I went in and the girl that was doing my stuff didn’t seem like she even knew what was going on. When she told me my price it was well above %5. When I asked her what happened she just kept telling me she didn’t know and so I tried to talk to her supervisor. The supervisor wouldn’t even come out and talk to me she just kept sending the girl back saying “well you got misquoted so” WILL NEVER BE BACK. Your customer service skills are the worst I’ve ever encountered especially for you being a “supervisor”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.

I have used Gingers Tag Agency for years, and they are always helpful, and always write careful and neat receipts, so one can see what was charged for what. The ladies that work there are always sweet too.

This place told me that I needed a paper copy of my insurance Oklahoma doesnt require driver to have paper verification any more only digital copy now went to rays Westside tag agency and got Mt tag renew I think that they wanted my email address or a dollar to fax it

Went with daughter for her first license. Had denied to issue a license regardless of DMV aproved papers. Worst customer service. Went and got her license from another Tag Agency. This people are mean and wont be going there for any service, thats for sure.

I went here to try and get something notarized the lady at the counter had me sign and date it then comes back after 15 mins of waiting and says she can’t do it using my drivers license because on the form it said government issued id I asked isn’t the drivers license considered a government id? She replied very rudely I don’t know I’m not the notary I’m just telling you what she said. So the whole time I’m thinking she’s the notary because she told me to sign and date the paper. Well eventually the lady who is the notary comes and says that I can’t use my drivers license because it’s not a government issued id. So I left and called another tag agency and they confirmed that My drivers license would indeed count as a government issued id. I’m not sure why this person is even working here and has been appointed a notary if they have no idea what they’re even doing plus why would the other lady who isn’t even a notary have me sign and date the paper? So now I’m inconvenienced and have to go alll the way to my job to get another form. A bunch of idiots work in this establishment and the gentleman before was in there complaining because he received the wrong paperwork smh

Came here today. Horrible customer service. Trying to get drivers license and lady in front was getting driver records from Florida but was on hold over an hour about 7 people walked out because the old lady at the desk didn’t want to do anything but sit there gossiping with the customer. Worst of the worst.

Im currently at this place of business,now usually when i come in here theyre nice,but the lady doing I.D.s was loud and rude to my hubby.She is wearing a bright pink shirt. Anyways eeh not coming back

If you want to be charged for so many miscellaneous fees that your trip to the tag agency costs you $100 more than you thought, this is the place for you. If you want to deal with rude clerks who dont have the decency to listen to you, then this is the place for you. Customer service has gone down drastically over the years and this is no longer a place I am happy to go to. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra twenty minutes to another tag agency.

Went there on my lunch break. I Sat and waited for somebody to come back from lunch for 20 minutes. The ladies at the desk still let two other people in front of me never let me know the lady had returned. Waste of time!

I renewed my tag online and they let me come pick it up, instead of waiting for it to arrive by mail.
