I first visited the Hoover location had a great experience I came to the new bessemer location not in Walmart to file extra paperwork on my return extremely long wait time 2 hours it seemed one Associate did all she could but my file was locked so she couldnt help me had to wait on a manager and it seemed her and the customers she had were visiting instead of doing taxes when I was finally able to see her she let me know my return had already been sent electronically because the system picked up my w2 no problem I would just need to wait couple weeks to do a amended return she stated free of charge since I didnt know it had been sent came back today to get my service saw the same individual that stated it would be free she acted like she never said that showed me notes that she typed with another associate from the hoover store name on it I was just frustrated I told her never mind Ill do it myself for nothing.

Only thing is why does jackson hewit offer appointments at places like this bc to many walk ins happen amd I never gey my appointment time today it was at 5 and I waited till she was finished. Again she was great. Just curious as to why the appointmemt step?
