4 stars only because its impossible to contact them by phone. Finally reached someone at Fairfax TV (the locksmiths fathers business). Once I was able to make contact, which took over a week, they did a great job for me.

Havent Been Able To Catch Someone There ¿¿¿

I traveled from Sylacauga to Bessemer to have a key made and programmed for my truck, but nobody was there when I arrived. After calling the number on the business card, they came back and helped me get my key made with a very reasonable price. These guys are outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith service done. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you guys!

Don’t thank I have ever been this mad at a place!! Told him be at his shop at 12 sit 2 hours waiting and calling him. Work owl shift with no sleep and no remote that was said to be when got at place.so live far away! So done told him I would be at 12. STAY AWAY! TAKE Your buisness else where. Its 5:31 Big bright light in window says OPEN, lights on inside but door locked and nobody in site. Knocked on door, NOTHING. 5mins later and As I sit here looking back up at the door, lights go off and sign goes off.POOR POOR service and small businesses wonder why people now go to the big box stores for service.Thanks for your service NORTH AMERICAN SECURITY!!!!!!
