I recently was in a wreck and my car was taken here. They let me get my stuff out even days later. They were so friendly and courteous. Like nothing I have ever seen in a wrecker service, coming from Tuscaloosa. Their rates are even much cheaper than Ttown. I just cant get over how friendly and helpful everyone was. If you ever need a tow in Bessemer this is definitely the place to go.

Unfortunately my husband totaled his truck, but all of our tools his ladder racks etc where in the truck the people were kind enough to allow me to get everything from the truck. No one liked going to these places but if I had to deal with another towing service company it would be you guys.

After a long day driving from GA to AL for work, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a flat tire. After several attempts to get someone out to me (in the middle of what appeared to be nowhere in a town I did not know), I had over an hour wait no matter who I called. It was getting dark and I was growing more and more worried. Wheeler said they’d have someone out within 20, and they did absolutely that. The gentleman who came out was beyond friendly and very helpful. Being a female and alone in a strange town, you can assume the feelings I had about calling a tow service to take me to a tire store without having any idea where I was. Matt was so incredibly comforting and assured me he would make sure we found a spot that would fix my tire in an area where I would feel safe. He even offered to stay with me if I needed it. In a world where most companies offer mediocre service, this company went so far above and beyond my expectations I just had to share my experience. Thank you so much for helping me and providing such outstanding service!

The gentleman in the that I talked to in the office was very polite and professional.And the gentleman that assisted me on the lot with the wrecked vehicle was very professional and kind during the process of me getting the belongings out of the car. Thank you

Chip personally took care of my husband and made it seem like family was there the whole time! When I got to the shop/yard 2 days later it was like dealing with an old mom and pop garage - friendly and helpful! 😊

Best towing service in the Southeast

The man was very helpful with telling me how to get my vehicle out of the shop. It was my first accident and instead of just charging me up front he told me to let my insurence handle it.

I was the victim in a Robery. Not only did I get shot but my car wound up impounded by wheeler wrecker service and then at auction. These people have no heart.

We actually have not used their services before, but a representative of their company, Howard, came into the post office where my wife works this morning. He (correctly) mentioned that the place needed to be cleaned, noting that there was even a pair of womens undergarments in the trash can. The conversation took a turn for the worse when he then asked if they were hers and winked at her.Naturally sexual harassment is disconcerting, and my wife felt uncomfortable the rest of the day. Howards real mistake, however, was immediately using that to spring into an advertisement for this business and handing my wife a stack of cards. Sorry, Howard - we will not be patronizing your service any time soon.

Love these people! Boss man was so great on the phone getting a truck out to us. Everyone else said 2 1/2 hours. Our awesome driver Drake was there in 20 mins (in bad weather) had the car hooked up in 5 mins and we were on our way. Definitely recommend!

The owner HOWARD WHEELER cursed me out over the phone and was very rude to me i never authorized them to come get my vehicle. I called another towing service which was pep boys which was on the way but instead before they got there Wheeler Towing showed up and i asked them are you with pep boys and the truck driver told me yes i am a d them posing as a rep for another company while my vehicle was stalled on the side of the road took my vehicle to pep boys and charged me $85 when got there revealing he was not with pep boys i talked to the owner and he cursed me out literally!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SNAKE!!! HE IS RUDE AND A RACIST!!!! SPREAD THE WORD DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY HAVE TOWING SERVICES ALL AROUND US I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THESE SNAKES!!!

They tore up the bottom of my car and want to act like it wasnt their fault. Of course you wouldnt take responsibility for this because you dont want to pay for the damages. Contacting an attorney as well as going to a mechanic to prove they caused the damage.

Was told that it was a $75 and then $.25 per mile. Once the tow was done, the total miles was more than traveled and the cost went from $.25 per mile to $4.00 per mile. Bait and switch.
