I brought a birth certificate to be translated. Some of the accent marks were passed on to the translation and some were not, when I inquired about it, I was lectured that my names (and other names) original spellings do not matter here because the US does not use accent marks BUT that the computer corrects by adding an accent to some names while skipping others. If thats the case and the accent marks do not matter, why not get that computer to be consistent and skip them all together so it looks more professional? I was also told that if there was an issue, to bring it back. I have a VERY important immigration appointment that after making some calls, I learned that the chances of the immigration officer telling me go home and come back another day are extremely slim. Also, I was told I could pick up the translation the same day, as I didnt hear back I called and the date was moved to Monday (that was a Friday).

Horrible customer service. When I called in I was greeted in spanish. When I began speaking english the clerk continued speaking spanish. I said hello, hello and then she began speaking in broken english. When I explained that I needed notorized documents and that her business claims to be a Notary Public she said that they only notarize documents they draft. I said that was inaccurate and not consistent with a true Notary Public. A notary verifies your identity and your signature, NOT the content of your document. She hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with a woman who spoke clearly, but with an attitude and said that they provide limited notary services. Sounds like a sham company providing misleading information. Why people would trust this company with their personal tax information and sensitive documents is beyond me... Good luck to anyone using this outfit and I hope you do not become victims of identity theft or worse...
