We arrived within a half hour of closing time and the crew was very accommodating, kind, friendly and super quick service. For those who qualify ask about veterans discount!

The employees were very pleasant but I clearly feel that I wasnt given quality care. All four of my tires have a different amount of air in them and I have yet to get my receipt but I got a survey to complete as well as a reminder to fill it out. Go figure.

My daughter took her car to jiffy lube in Berwyn Illinois for an oil change. 1 and 1/2 weeks after the oil change her dipstick had no oil on it. Upon looking at her receipt it stated that the oil pan was full before they changed her oil. After calling the Berwyn location and speaking to the manager he conveniently hung up on me twice. So now Im going to call corporate

Have been here twice customer service was great, service was very fast. I went here two days ago. I got my AC recharged and a oil change and new air fill her for my 2016 Tahoe. No issues would recommend this jiffy lube.

I dont know much about cars other than I drive one, so i trusted their opinion and service. it wasnt til after my visit that i was informed they put the wrong kind of oil in my hybrid, and didnt tell me. they just started putting oil in my car, didnt tell me what kind until after they put it in the car. they suck!!!!! im not smiling anymore.. :(

Fastest oil change Ive been too. Everyone nice. Especially Jessica. She showed me my air filter and said if I wanted to replace it. I said yes and she showed me that she was putting in the new one. She also gave me an extra percentage off for a tire rotation if I go the next day. This location is better than the one on Ogden even though its further from mine. Coming to this one from now on!

They are fast and efficient, however I think its common knowledge that masks cover the nose for our safety. One guy was wearing his mask on his chin. Please help your employees understand health safety.

If you are trying to destroy your vehicle take it here. They will def #%!$ it up. Why would i contact you to discuss how your employees failed to put a gasket on my car and then rudely act like it was my fault. This is place is a dump with inattentive ineptness, avoid like COVID!!!

A tech accidentally popped off my brake fluid cap when removing the air filter (I get accidents happen) but the manager Dre essentially try to convince me I drove in with out it. When a tech said he saw it fall but couldnt find it he then simply told me there was nothing they could do about it and Id have to go buy one. I exited my car and after a few seconds I saw it, borrowed a rod and dislocated it. The tech helped retrieve it. No ownership of their iniated issue.

Whoever is running this place is doing a poor job. Printer is out of ink, so you get a receipt you can’t even read. They never seem to have sticker reminders. Order supplies before you run out!

The team at this Jiffy Lube is clutch.. you can definitely feel everyone working together. Everthing is ALWAYS efficient, quick & thorough.. 5 STARS!

The guys here are AWESOME. I was able to bring in my 32-foot motorhome and get the oil and filter changed. There was literally a few inches clearance of fitting through the bay door and they made it work. Thanks!

Went in for an oil change and a week later turns out my oil filter wasn’t tighten well and my engine went out. And now I’m back and forth with jiffy lube not wanting to pay to fix my engine. Do not recommend doing an oil change at jiffylube

They are supoose to close at 6 but shut everything down at 5....

I went there despite the negative reviews. I wanted to see for myself. I waited for 40min. When it was finally my turn an employee told me their credit card machine was not working. I did not have cash on me so I had leave. Waited all that time in vain. They could have posted a sign or something!!! Not going back!

The guys never charge me for any inspections to get more the car and friendly staff.

Came here for my uber inspection. Was 23 and some change staff was fast and friendly and everything was covid safe.

What a joke! We came here today for the signature oil change, which we paid nearly $100 for. This is supposed to include chassis lubrication, fluid level check and top off, tire pressure check and fill, etc etc. None of these things were going except the oil. The easiest way to find out is looking at the washer fluid level, which was clearly not topped off. We have an intermittent squeak that lubrication woulve solved but it is still here. What a rip-off!

I had my tires rotated a few weeks ago, and I started hearing a noise by my tire on my front right hand side, and come to find out they didn’t put in one of my tire valve caps!! Then, all of the tire valve caps from my other tires were all loose!! Don’t come here for service, they don’t care for their job.

What happened to this place? I used to come here and get prompt, professional, nice service. When youd drive in the back, someone would come greet you and let you know where to go, no one did that this time. The people are rude now, dont work for the public if you cant be decently nice. I will come back, maybe it was just a one time thing.

Orlando really helped us understand what we needed as far as the oil for our car. (The oil change took less then 30 minutes!) He also highlighted a few services that we were long over due for. Will definitely come back to this location for future services.

So I came into this jiffy lube and had problems with my engine oil, the worker Mario came and helped me out immensely. I cannot stress enough how great the service was and how helpful the staff is. If anyone has any doubt to come to jiffy lube I plea that you reconsider because you cannot go wrong here and you are in good hands.

Quick oil change if youre on the go

Was hoping I’d like this place but don’t think I’d be back. Went in to get a full synthetic oil change and spent a lot of money (which was expected.) I was told that with the money I spent they’d also vacuum my car, top off all my tires to the same pressure, and clean my windows... but of course none of that was done. All these short cuts make me question if they even changed my oil filter.. very upset and disappointed because it’s so close to home and I was hoping I can come here any time I needed any kind of other maintenance done. I wish I was able to post pictures along with the review to show what my car was left like.

Just left this Jiffy Lube. Unprofessional service, the young Hispanic man asked what kind of oil I wanted, when I told him I didnt know, he gave me a look as if I should have known, his explanation of the oil was fast, unclear and not helpful at all. No customer service, no proper greeting or even a thank you for your business, too many personal conversations and the focus is not on the customer. Oil changes come with other services like windshield wiper check, vacuum, none of that was done. Id rather go to the dealer in the future than this location.

Employees are thieves and manager refuses to acknowledge this. Police and corporate will be notified. Stay away from this business, it is run by dishonest people.
