I had 2 Greenlee 555C go down in a middle of a big Job and Paul repaired right on spot so we could get back to job site and keep work going. Many thanks for all your help!! Much appreciated!!! Made a mistake with putting too much oil in my fathers lawn mower. I took it in they said it would take about a week but was fixed in a few days. My father passed away this year and really wanted to keep it. I liked the fact they said they would let me know quickly if they would be able to get it fixed. Straight forward and very clean store. I would come back.

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke with someone over the phone. They employee seemed in a rush to hang up. Ive actually stopped by a couple of times and they act as I was going to steal something. Would not recommend got any warranty repair. They dont seem to know the process on that. Avoid if you can.

I called this place and was told to bring in my MITM Pressure Washer for it not turning over. When I arrived they told me the engine was seized and that it wasnt worth repairing bcs it will cost over $400 for a new engine plus hours of labor. So I asked if theyre was anything else I can do and he said (sell to him for $50). I told him no and with arrogance he said well I gave you free advice so take the $50 bcs its worth less in parts for him and he walked away. So I took the washer home and You Tubed how to fix it. All it needed was a carburetor cleaning. Now the machine works great. This guy was trying to rip me off. I will never go there and I will let everyone know what he tried to do. If I can give negative stars I would. Not a professional way to treat customers.

Jacks is the best. They have repaired tools for me personally (a lawn mower and a generator). They have also repaired many tools and rented tools to my business. They are the go to place for whatever piece of equipment you need to complete just about any job. Their mechanics are top notch, and they are a family business where the family works hard and really cares!

By far one of the best companies I have ever had experiences with! Their customer service, family owned feel, and attention to detail makes me keep going back. Most of the time I feel like companies should say thank you to their customers but with Jacks, I say thank you to them!! Great Company!!

Talked to Mickey and explained what was going on. He told me to try a few things and put me down for pick up the following Monday. They dropped off the fixed snow blower hours before a big snow storm hit. Mike who delivered snow blower was very patient with me teaching me the proper steps to start and operate the snow blower. Im extremely happy with this experience - it was frustrating having a 1-week old snow blower not working but Jacks really made me love my snow blower again! Thanks!
