Had to redo my car when I got home. There was swirls of tire shine on car and windows. The lady was there mustve had tire shine or some kind of oil in her towel and it was in AND out of the truck. I asked if she had changed towels because I saw her wipe access tire off the molding She stated yes, I took her word... But no she couldnt have. Took me rewash and spray wax to clear that stuff off. 22bucks I spent, 8 dollar tip. Felt like they got a free car wash.... My lost.

Brendon at the fromt desk is super helpful, and his custimer service is friendly and excellent. They took the time to dig out my car keys out of my pants before the wash, probably saving me a couole hundred dollars replacement keys for my BMW. Thanks guys! will be back always.

Very poor customer service, if you lose money in any of the machines guess what your loss cause the workers could care less especially the older man that works there, so rude, will never go back to wash here.

New machines put in recently. No more coins, you have to buy a card. Cant use your own credit card. The minimum purchase is $10, though it says it takes cash. Prices went up. Instead of .25 cents to dry, its .29 cents. Washers instead of 4.75 its 4.79. So youll always either be adding money to your card or having a balance? I know its only pennies but its the principle. Id rather go to other area mats that let you use your own card with coin option. You lost a customer.

New changes. Been going here for a few years now. Recently they closed to put in new washers and change payment method on all the machines. You can no longer put quarters in the machines. They all have card readers now, including the dryers. Not a problem since lots of local laundromats have been doing this as well. Unfortunately, you cannot simply swipe your own credit card but must purchase a special card that you must load. The machine says you can add cash (which I didnt try to do). If you use a card, the minimum you can put on it is $10. I am so totally not cool with this. With this change comes a price increase. Now the costs are in odd amounts: 29 cents to dry, instead of .25. A machine that cost me $3.75 before is now $3.79. And so on. So instead of having amounts in increments of 5, now they are in 9 and youll always be adding money to your prepaid card now, instead of making it easy and using .25 units. Plus now you have to also remember to bring the card and not lose it, of course. So, now I have a 3.18 balance on my card and of course Ill end up going back to use the rest. But then, this will be my last trip to this laundromat. No thank you.

This super wash does not take coins anymore. You have to get a card which is free and add money on it via your credit card. Its different but I like it.

Have been dropping off clothes for over a year. They are wonderful!! Clothes returned in a few hours. Folded and hung on hangers!😍❤

Their washers and especially the dryers are never clean around the black rubber on dryers, they all need cleaning after every use, this is not being done, overall it is better that is why I go back---

Night shift employees are always in a hurry to block half the machines and folding stations,Not a good idea to mop floors when patrons are using the machines. Must use cones to block the wet area for the safety of patrons, instead I got dirty looks and rude talk from a very unhappy employee for moving my clothes from the machine to the dryer.

I will not recommended this laundromat to anyone after my experience on 12/29/18. I frequently do my laundry here and had never experienced any issues. On 12/29/18, I went in to do my laundry. I put my comforters in the dryer on LOW TEMPERATURE and the dryer burned them. Not to mention the fact that they were still wet!!! I brought it to the owner (Tony) attention and he did not show any concern at all. He wanted to argue and create a scene in front of everyone as if I did something wrong. Evidently there’s a malfunction with the dryer. Once I pointed out to him the fact that someone else had written a review about this very same issue 4 days ago and someone had written a negative review 2 hours before my complaint, he wanted to listen to my issue with empathy, saying he will handle the issue accordingly. Didn’t offer to replace my comforters or offer for me to wash for free or anything. I will be taking a trip to the courthouse to file a small claim to teach him a valuable lesson.

This laundromat is kept clean and the attendants are very helpful. I choose to come here versus my family’s house (free) because I get my laundry done quickly and the machines really get my things clean. They have three kinds of change machines and an ATM. The parking lot can be cramped depending on how busy it is, but it’s a small price to pay. Use the google time schedule if you want to avoid the crowds.

Typical laundromat washers are 3.75 dryers .25 for every 10 minutes, had two loads of clothes I had to get done asap took about just 1 hour.The parking lot is a nightmare however you may want to get dropped off and have someone come back for you when the wash is done.I would also bring so wipes to clean folding surfaces and your hands after touching various surfaces, I saw one lady open mouth sneezed into a dryer. I mean fluid flying into the dryer and then she wiped her nose with her hand and went about her business (No I avoid that area altogether) So very typical laundromat.

Employees dont wear masks nor do they ask patrons to. Will NOT go there again.

Customer service is a joke. Each time I have brought an issue to them, the older guy gets loud, ignorant and over talks you rudely when explaining the issue. They also excuse you of doing something to the washer or dryer instead of just admitting that something is wrong with it. Machines do go out and become faulty. They dont want to deal with the issues or even check on the machines to see if there actually is an issue.

The older tall guy is so rude towards kids. My baby that is only 2 at the time spilled some pop n he was talking so bad of it behind my back but I happen to b right by him n he still has the nerves to keep talking bad. Owners need to really have a talk with him. Bc this guy isnt respectful to others at all.

The lady that works Monday nights is very nasty and rude to customers. I will be contacting the manager. I had and honest mixup and I attempted to make it right. Instead of making amends to maintain my business at her establishment if employment she was rude and very condescending.

We went on a Saturday around 1:30 and had a great experience. Very clean and there was only one broke washer that I saw, that was being repaired while we were there.

I come here all the time i never had a problem til today i asked the guy cleaning the dryer vents NOT to clean mine because all the stuff left behind will go on my clothes he said no and did it anyways SMH that was wrong i understand you have to clean them but wait til mine is done

I came here 5/17/19 around 3pm. Whoever is working here does not speak but just stares at you. There a homeless people coming in asking for money. The machines are average however when I opened the lid to put my softner inside there was a ton of mold. There is dust and lint in between each machine. Either they don’t care and the clientele doesn’t either. I won’t be back here. There are cleaner places elsewhere.

Very, bad experience with this place, we had (2) blankets and a pillow get burned in there dryers, over a month ago, and after numerous attempts to talk to the owners, a month later we are still waiting on a resolution to this matter, would not recommend this place to anyone.
