My family and I have been going here for a few months now and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I have made several special request and each time it has been done. They are patient with my kids, my son always has a hard time at the dentist like most small children. They have always found ways to make him comfortable and he walks out with a smile everytime. Olga Mendez and her staff are amazing!!! I have always had a fear of the dentist since I was a child and disclosed this information to thier office staff. They took this information and were very soothing, informative and patient with me while delivering exceptional care.I live almost 35 minutes away but after great reviews and by word of mouth, I am extremely pleased that I made the choice to venture out and give them a chance!!! Ive been a patient here for the past year, and I have zero complaints! I had no idea what I was walking into when I randomly found them through my insurance. Olga and her team have a true excellence in customer service - I always feel like they give you your undivided attention as they walk you through their procedures and services entirely, including letting you know of services fees and options ahead of time. Not to mention, the positive energy from their team is infectious! I honestly never thought I enjoy going to the dentist as much, but I weirdly do and I love it! A big thanks to the team.

In addition to having new facilities and the latest technologies, Dr. Mendez has a gentle and caring bedside manner. I found that the new technologies not only made me feel comfortable but in addition they were very practical. The old way of doing X-rays was sometimes painful but at this office they have a machine that wizzes around your head and takes the X-rays. I also enjoying seeing pictures of my teeth before and after my procedure on their large tv monitor. Also, their staff is hospitable and seem to make every effort to make your visit pleasant. I had never been to a dentist office where they offer to make you a cup of coffee!

Great visit with Dr. Mendez. The staff is attentive and professional and Dr. Mendez explained the how and why of the issues I was dealing with. Her plan for me made sense and I look forward to working with her.

Switched to Dr. Méndez because I heard great things about her and her practice . So far I got done 2 fillings, my routine cleaning, whitening and a root canal . I was very nervous during my fillings and root canal, she was so good and gentle that I didn’t feel a thing . I’m glad I went to her . She was constantly asking me if I was okay and stopped if I needed her to stop until I was okay . Her and her stuff go above and beyond . They are very professional . I recommend her practice 💯.

I just want to share the experience I have had with Dr. Méndez, first of all I want to thank her for being patient with me, and her staff for being kind and helping me during my treatments. The experience that I have had with Dr. Méndez has been great, my extractions were the easiest even the time to heal was less complicated, than I had previous experiences with other dentists, with Dr. Méndez I have treated basic cleaning to my surgical extractions, I have been so satisfied with her services that now my family is a patient of Dr. Méndez as well. This crazy woman damaged my tooth, now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Had to wait 3 hours for this! She had a nasty attitude. Im sure the good reviews are her family and friends.

Since you arrive at the office, they treat you excellently, they make you feel very comfortable, and my family and I feel very safe, because they are taking preventive measures against COVID-19. The doctor is extremely professional and explains your treatment in detail and not to mention that she is very kind, I do not have insurance so they gave me a 30% discount and they divided it into the 5 appointments I had, so I did not have to get everything out of me pocket on the first date.I highly recommend it.
