Alright store, not a lot of selection at this one its mostly clothes and dishes. Clean, fairly laid out and organized

I love going to this goodwill, it is very clean and the employees are very friendly however recently the prices in this store have risen a lot.

This is a great goodwill: very modern and well kept. Always lots of great items available. I have purchased great art, shoes, cloths and knick nacks. The shelves are always well stocked and lots of great electronics. One of the less common items that can be found at this location is medical supplies for elderly as well as vitamins and brand new health products. Lots of shoes: in mens, women and children. Great selection of gently used cloths. The jewelry and specialty items are also very nice at this location. Very easy to access drop off station as well. MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE YOUR OWN BAGS AS THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BAGS. ALSO BE ADVISED THAT THEY NO LONGER OFFER COUPONS AT GOODWILL BUT STILL HAVE 25% OF ON MONDAYS. :-)). Overall great goodwill :-)))

Pricey, but good. The food could have been more hot 🔥.

Bring your own bags, they dont provide them. This location no longer does discounts on any days (military, student, senior) and no longer does discounts on color tags based on the week. Lots of new item from Target and other similar retailers with high prices for a second hand store.

I finally checked this store out after someone recommended it because I have had problems with other Goodwills in the past and I must say, It was worth going out of my way. The staff was super nice, the store was super clean and it was obvious they care about what they put out for sale. Some of their stuff is a little more pricey than expected from a thrift store, but worth it to shop at a store that isnt smelly or dingey.

Pretty good deals and area. Only weird thing is really nice items are sold for dirt cheap while the scary wicker chair from hell is double its price. The nicer items will be sold but still waiting in the store. Its just odd.

I went here on friday may 22 and it was slim pickings. The employees were awesome and working hard to get new merch onto racks. Because the state is only running at 25% I didnt expect the store to be fully stocked anyways. Got a few t-shirts, something is better than nothing. Great job guys, we appreciate you.

I like Goodwill. My father used to take me along when I was little and told me sometimes you find treasures. I have been a customer for many years and donated some pretty nice things! Not discarding junk on them. It seems Goodwill keeps a tab on how often you return an item. I have only ever returned two and it was at this location. I really do NOT LIKE being treated as a bad customer or untrustworthy person. Please stop this practice.

I really like this Goodwill and have never had a problem before, but the manager today, whose name I never caught was quite rude and offputting. She was tall with hair bleached blonde. I was helped by Ignacio, who was a gem! There was a pretty gnarly tear on the fabric of one heel on these shoes I was going to buy, and he asked the manager to take a little off the price. When she came by she said, They look new to me, in a moody way, which she would have seen differently if she had looked closer. Then, when he accidentally pressed the donate button and asked her to cancel the donation, she did it reluctantly saying, Never heard of anyone who would cancel a donation, and walked off haughtily. I normally dont like to write bad reviews, but that kind of rudeness to customers I dont think should be tolerated. Who is she to judge a donation cancellation? Maybe Im barely getting by right now and need every quarter I can save. She doesnt know. Plus, I thought Goodwill gets all their donations free and are supposed to appeal to those with less money. Todays visit did not feel that way and I left in a sour mood. Ignacio was wonderful though!

I usually find some good items here. You just need to dig around. Clothing is separated by color and gender to make it easier.

Good place to stop on your way out of the metropolitan area for camping gear, getting byclothes and even some decent outerwear. My husband and I try to stop by this place monthly. We even picked up a few pieces of furniture for our new place when we moved to the southwest.

The new facilities at Bernalillo are awesome. As a part of the Goodskills program, I came to this location to take computer classes with Training Instructor Marina. She conducted an outstanding class that was easy to follow. I learned a lot in just one day. I look forward to taking the additional classes offered.

Neat, clean and stocked. Waited almost 10 min for cashier to ring me up. She did say sorry.

Surprisingly sparse. I have checked it out three different times and have left without buying anything. I nearly bought some red pillow covers until I realized one had holes in it. Too bad. Its one my way home and Id like to be a regular, but it doesnt look like its going to be worth my time.The staff all seems nice, though.

I live less than 5 minutes from this Goodwill. The store is usually clean, neat, with new and second-hand items every week. My home is furnished with items from this store. The employees are polite amd helpful, usually. That being said, the manager is very rude and is always b*tchy/unpleasant to deal with. Not a deal-breaker, but an unwanted hassle when I have questions about an item, or concerns.

I always find something that I wasnt really looking for plus what items I need. Nice place to shop!
