I’m so disappointed in the service this Firestone store & staff provided my niece. Not only did their ignorance, not caring attitude put my nieces life in jeopardy, but my great niece and nephew too. It was already closing time 7:00 p.m. I ran inside with my daughters tire in an emergency and these two young guys help me find the right tire and stayed after hours to help me and my family out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys rock.

The staff was wonderful here. We had a leaking tire in our rental car and needed it fixed urgently. We had no appointment but they squeezed us in and then did not charge us and billed it to the rental car company instead. They saved our vacation! We are so appreciative.

My experience today with the Firestone crew was phenomenal and went above and beyond my expectations. Ray and Jacob were very knowledgeable and most Importantly to me, they were helpful. Getting me a good price for all four tires to personally going out of the way to picking up tires when they were not in stock blew me away. Not too sure many companies would do that. Laura installed the tires in a timely manner and has always been a true professional in my past experiences with her. Cant say enough about the employees there, Firestone is lucky to have them!!

Horrible service. Techs have no clue what they are doing. Went in for a alignment on my truck. Truck is solid axle has 2 adjustment sleeves. 2 bolts in each. Total of 4 bolts. They completely forgot to tighten 2 of them. I found out as I was hauling my camper and family for a camping trip. Steering almost came completely apart. Dont goto this location if you care about your life behind the wheel as well as other innocent drivers.

Good customer service, but had valve stems replaced on new tires over 6 times! Waste of time.

Brought my van here thats been worked on by Firestone since the 80s. Brought it just to get a screw out of my tire. When I went back to pick it up it wouldnt shift into park anymore. When I talked to the manager he went back to ask the mechanic who worked on it about what happened and I could hear him laughing about it from the lobby. The manager didnt believe that his mechanic messed it up, even though I had a new transmission, he offered to have me pay for the part to fix it and they would do the work, but why am I paying for your mistake? This Firestone should be avoided at all costs, and if they removed my review how many other negative reviews have they removed?

Ive gone to another Firestone or two before, and its always been kind of meh. I found they were usually a little more expensive than I liked, but they were close and seemed to be able to get stuff done sooner. Got new tires, an alignment, and an oil change on a 2012 Focus at the Bernalillo Firestone and Jacob and Fred were pretty awesome. I let Jacob know I needed the car by the end of the week (I came in on a Thursday, totally my bad), and he made sure it happened even though he had to order the tires from the warehouse. I felt zero pressure for extras and the only other thing they told me I needed to get fixed was something I already knew about. Then they quoted me $200 less for the repair than the shop I normally go to. I think I found a new shop.

Worst experience Ive had with a mechanic. I have a 1988 Chevy van that has been worked on by Firestone since the 80s, but after my experience here I wont be back with them. Went in just to get a flat fixed, came back and my van wouldnt shift into park, had never had problems with it before, and the transmission was actually brand new. I went in and talked to the manager who proceeded to go back and talk to the mechanic who worked on it, and I could hear him laughing from the lobby. I know the guy probably tried to force it out of gear, and the manager wouldnt fix it. He offered to have me pay for the part and they would fix it, but when there was no problem before, why am I paying at all for your screw up? After 30+ years time to find a new mechanic.

Such kind people at this store! I have had nothing but good experiences bringing my car here. Everyone was very willing to explain what was going on with my car each time I have come in. I have had Miles as my mechanic the last two times and he has been great! I don’t know the most about cars and he is always very patient in explaining everything to me. Great location!

Took both the Dodge Ram & The Mustang in for an alignment . They did both fairly quick and everyone was friendly..

They can get you in usually same or next day.

It was a little bit expensive to get the work done, but they work that they did was great. On top of that it was super easy to set up the appointment and it was quick to leave my car. They offered to give me a shuttle ride back home as well. They make it so easy to get the work done. They got all my work done quickly as well. Other than the cost it was a great experience and I would say even then it was worth it.

This place is one of the best on this side of town. Employees are always friendly, helpful, and up front. I came here with my 2019 VW Atlas for an oil change as well as a flat repair and have always had a great experience with them. They will continue to be my vehicle services

I have had a bad experience at the store in Bernalillo twice. First time about 2 years ago I was basically told I could not be helped because they don’t have tires for a Jeep grande Cherokee. I tried again for an emergency flat tire I went to the store waited inside for help for about 10 minutes as the workers in the garage barely even acknowledged my presence (I was the only person waiting, it was not busy inside) and nobody came to the lobby until a line started to form. Then to be told I would have to wait two hours. I understand everything is busy with the pandemic and I’m sure they maybe good tires, but this location is understaffed and not helpful. I had to take my business elsewhere even though this would have been really convenient. The workers really make the impression for a business and I got a bad impression twice.

The employees here are very helpful. I have unexpectedly had to go here for emergency repairs a few times and they have always been great.

Went in about a week ago and best experience ever! Was helped by the store manager Ray and they have gained a forever customer. Went in on a Sunday late afternoon as we needed a new battery for the car and the regular battery stores were unable to help. I had never been to a Firestone but will be back for all automative needs. Ray was above and beyond and from start to finish helpful, upfront and gave a full inspection of other items that might be needed for the vehicle without making you feel pressured to get them done. Unlike a lot of other mechanic places, this experience was different. Thank you Ray for taking care of us on a late Sunday and promising even at close they werent going home until our car was running. Drove away with a working car and a new great place to take all our vehicles.

Just a heads-up, if your vehicle is equipped with a lane departure system, they cant provide alignment services. They wont ask you this over the phone. Theyll let you schedule an appointment, take time off of work, and arrange for a ride before they ask this simple, yet vital, question. Epic waste of time.

Got me in as a walk in for an overdue oil change and did the full inspection for my car. I was very happy they were able to take care of me. They even gave me a discounted rate just for being a firestone card holder.

This location went above and beyond our service expectations. We went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and an alignment. The team was fast in getting us in, then they did the service in half the time that was quoted. They also advised me of savings on the lifetime tire balancing which we werent aware of (we had the balancing done in December, country roads). It saved us about $30. The service manager went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and informed of the service being provided.

Had a 7 am appt. for brake service still sitting here at 130 as they wait for parts, ridiculous

Great service from Ms. Perry and Laura regarding installation of tires on 2006 Porsche Boxster. They were efficient and knowledgeable and willing to field and answer questions I posed. Great job!

I took my vehicle last August to run a vacuum test and to charge the ac, it lasted 4 months, brought it back to them to check vacuum and check for leaks, they fixed the leak and stood by the 1 year warranty

Although I hate spending money these guys and gals take care of you. I needed tires and had to order them, got a pretty decent deal on them and they installed them in about an hour. Had an issue with an old tires plus card and they took care of it on the spot. Didnt try to nickel and dime me for stuff I didnt need. As a former greaser I really appreciated that. Will definitely recommend.

They didnt put the right oil that I asked. Now I have bad knocks and sounds in my car when there wasnt. Other mechanics say the same . I have a Firestone card and will not be going back to the bernaillio location. Looks like I will be taking it to the San Mateo location for now on. After talking to the wife the other locations are far better she took our other car there in the cottonwood area and got better mechanical service from the techs and didnt try to hustle a high price break job where she asked to have looked at . A break was said she needed then the other location said its fine AND a person that works for a break shop said the same. Now Im definitely not going there again.

We used to be Sears customers, but this Firestone has won our business several times over. The techs are knowledgeable, the folks who check you in and out are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are competitive. They are also quick compared to other places.

This is a great Firestone. Replaced a strut on the Honda Accord. Noticed the old ZX2 was pulling to the right and took it in. I had recently put a set of new tires on and was surprised to learn that they had installed the old tire valves on the two front tires. (These tires werent from Firestone.) Both valves were leaking. They replaced both valves and had me back on the road in no time. There was no charge. This place is top notch.

Im actually really surprised seeing any negative reviews. Ive never had a bad experience at this location, the staff is always helpful and courteous. They work fast and its always been done right.

Short wait times to talk with someone, and review your options, including scheduling your service (in most cases Ive got the work done immediately, and had to get the tires delivered the couple other). Competitively priced, but not the cheapest (just by a few dollars). Great location.My only issue is a policy of only using there own parts. They will not install customer parts. I understand that is a corporate policy, just dont like it. I still have gotten tires for all my vehicles from here.

Came in to get air, and check prices on new tires for my F-450. Im a VERY mellow customer, but the staff here - incredibly rude. I was kind of blown away by it all...Lots of other tire shops in Albuquerque - anybody want to sell me 6 new tires for my F-450 dually?

Good prices and great customer service! My girlfriend and I are from out of state and needed new tires in a hurry. They found time for us at the end of the day and were very helpful in deciding which tires we needed! The office manager and mechanic made it a very pleasant experience!

Good place for tire stops. I did not purchase my tires here, but when I needed one fix, they were great at helping me, and making sure it was done right. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good. Shop is clean.

The sign says Complete Auto Care but apparently they dont work on diesels. So call and let them know what you drive first because they only work on specific types of vehicles. I knew I should have just went to pep boys.

Had my tires balanced at this location this afternoon. Staff was very professional. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable and the wait time was short. I highly recommend this location.

While the wait was long 1.5 hours for a patch, I have to give it up to Jessica for balancing a full wait room and the many phone calls that came in while I waited. In every interaction she remained professional and apologetic for the stores short comings (dirty bathroom). I would definately come back.

The people here are the most trusting, educated, and intelligent people in the auto industry that I have ever met. No CSR at the kiosk when I went in. One of the techs had to stop what he was doing and come out to take care of me.

The manager went out of his way to fix a problem with my door handle right at closing time. Prompt and courteous service to get my vehicle ready for a roadtrip. Very satisfied.

Jessica did an amazing job got there right before they closed to fix a flat and they dont charge for flat repairs.

Rude and slow never will go back

I had a wheel balance issue while on the road with new tires from Sears. When I called they had an immediate opening as they were closing within the hour. When I arrived there was an easy checkin, promptly brought in and taken care of before the time given. They also gave me information about how out of balance my new Michelins were with less than 1500 miles on them; a lot. Sears will hear from me and Firestone, especially in this town deserves kudos.

Ive had tires put on there and other services but when I left today after them telling me it was going to be $3,500 to replace the fuel pump 10 fuel injectors in my vehicle I thought it was a little high especially when I called to see how much the parts were and I found that they were marking them up over 130%

Go for wheel alignment thats all, first i am told the ball joint kit I personally put on a few days ago are the wrong ones, then that changed to they are right but not tightend enough so they say its going to cost 1200 to fix it. So it went from a 100 doller wheel alignment to 1200 dollers to tighten 8 bolts?was not fare at all N to add to it they were very rude. I dont recommend going here, hands down the worst experience i have had a mechanic shop.

Organized, pleasant people at the front desk - can recommend. Only thing really unfortunate is the TV blaring FOX News way too loud. Apparently, the service writer wasnt sure how to put on MSNBC or CNN. Kind of punishment on that score.

Not only did they not do the job of a simple tire swap. At some point one of the staff took my valves and caps from my winter tires presumably in preparation of beginning the work in the back. Communication was undoubtedly a problem at this business because I am left to presume someone else wanted to go home for the day, looked for an excuse to blow off the job. Had the front counter staff call us at closing to say the work was not complete. Thus leaving us stranded at night 70 plus miles from home with a snow storm to drive through, with badly warn unsafe tires on our vehicle as well as, they left us with 4 useless tires that were uninflatable in the back as well. Could have done the work in the parking lot myself if they hadnt of taken the the valves and caps. Going forward, Ill never do business with this company again. I wouldnt trust them to put an inner tube on a tricycle.

They should just stick with the basics, tires ect. . Mechanics are clueless.

Made an appt at 9:30...called to check on it around noon. They told me it hadnt been done. Picked it up around 1.Drove home and stayed there until I decided to go to the grocery store. A huge puddle of oil was in my garage. I called to get the issue addressed at 4:45...they told me they were closing and told me to come on the next morning. Seriously a waste of time and poor customer service.
