I wanted to support a local flower shop for Valentine’s Day. Small businesses have been hit hard during the pandemic. So after reading reviews I settled on Floral Elegance. The flowers were ready at the pickup time I had requested. The Flower Shop smelled beautiful when I walked in and the Customer Service was excellent. I would highly recommend. I have added 2 photos. The one with the dark background is Day 1 when I picked them up and Day 7 is the next one. Beautiful fresh flowers that lasted. Please support buying local and help a small business.

Being separated from the one you love is difficult every day, but can be worse on special occasions. Crystal helped my love make Valentines Day special for me by helping him with his flower order. When one variety of flowers in the arrangement he chose was unavailable she let him know and got approval for the change; it sounds like a little thing, but when a florist makes a change without telling the client it can be frustrating and stressful. The arrangement was beautiful, and the flowers extraordinarily fresh, especially for Valentines Day. After 8 days I finally had to discard the tulips and lilies, but the roses are still holding up well, and it still looks like a deliberate arrangement.Oh, and chocolates...cant forget about the chocolates 😉!I highly recommend Floral Elegance, both for their skill with flowers, and customer service.Thank you, ladies!

Wow!! They came out so pretty!! Crystal and Tori are so helpful! It was so hard having to chose flowers for my mothers services but I told Crystal what I wanted and she did an amazing job, the flowers exceeded my expectations!! Everyone commented about how beautiful the set up with the Urn and flowers was. Thank you so much!! Fast, friendly, great selection and hassle free. I didnt even have to worry about the flowers not being delivered on time (Crystal personally delivered them for me with only a 2 day notice)! Highly recommend Floral Elegence over any other florist!! Floral Elegance does a terrific job of displaying and arranging flowers for a wedding! It was beautiful! They were polite and on time to our event. She is a very nice person.The hard thing for us was communication. In the end, we spent way too much for flowers. She suggestive sold us flowers that we simply didnt need, which in the end sent us into a price range that I wasnt expecting.We were never sure of details that we needed to know in advance, so this was frustrating.If you have a wooden banister (etc) that she wants to put glue on, dont do it. It doesnt come off easily. She did tell me about this in advance though, and sent me some information about it also, so I really appreciated that, but its been almost a month, and I am still trying to get it off. Not to mention, I will need to sand the banister and repaint it once I get it off. The suggestions online for removal of this glue seem to not work on painted wood surfaces. :(

Im from out of state and I couldnt find a florist who would deliver flowers to a Reservation . I found Chrystal and she did an amazing job on the flower sprays and the delivery for my brothers funeral . I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I was very impressed on her work of art. I recommend her highly she did an outstanding job for me, also with a great attitude and professionalism in spite of my nervousness & questioning.
