Do not rent from Budget at all, they did not honor my reservation made over a month prior to pickup. I was required to call them repeatedly, be held on hold, to try to get my truck and tow and was told I would have to drive many miles away to get the tow even after talking to them a week in advance and budget admiting they couldn’t get it in time. A week is not enough to transfer equipment and they put it on the customer to drive to get it after your pickup date. They do not care at all about the customer.This location does not answer the phone and will not help with anything, they wouldnt even help the police after the truck was stolen. Budget is the worst company I have ever dealt with and will not honor their reservations or assist in an emergency with a replacement. I had to book a new truck with U-Haul and drive an hour away to get what I needed to move cross country.

I needed a one-way airport drop at fairly short notice, ideally with a low/negligible one-way fee. Budget provided this, beating the competition hands-down on price. The added bonus was the airport check-in; almost instant, no hanging around waiting for the single checker-in of the rival firms to process 30 cars in front of you. Very efficient - and friendly.

Customer service doesnt get better. I rented a 10-foot truck from the Gilman Street location a couple of months ago, and the manager was so REAL!! How refreshing! He was courteous, professional, and so amiable I just wanted to hug him. Budget found a gem with him.God bless everyone!!!! And dont forget to pray and praise our Lord and Saviour, the Holy One!!!

This was the first time we rented from Budget, and the whole experience was great. the price was very affordable and the car we rented was very nice, the checking out and in of the rental was quick and easy. Even though the facility is a bit out of our way from where we live, we will rent from Budget the next time around

Good service and very nice quality/rates...but this place really needs traffic lights near its intersection..

This is the 3rd time Ive been to an Avis that I was given a car without a full tank of gas and then charged when it was not returned full -- one reason I avoid Avis whenever possible. ~$40 fee for a quarter tank of gas. I never have this problem with other rental agencies. On the plus side, they actually had vehicles.
