I had simple problem. The watch band catch on my current watch was faulty, and it came apart and the watch slipped off -- somewhere. So, I took my old watch that I had not used in years in to Oaks Jewelry. A new battery was put in, the band needed some attention which it got, and I was out in no time with my old functioning watch. Problem solved. It was the attention I received that made this encounter remarkable. For only the cost of a battery, I received first class service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely shop there in the future. Thanks.

I called ahead to see if they would clean a sterling silver necklace and I was told they do and charge $10. When I showed up, I was starred at like I was a Jewelry thief and I was treated as if this business does NOT want black people in their store.They claimed my necklace was dipped In cleaner, however it was bone dry! Then she didn’t charge me anything, that’s because nothing was done ! I will NEVER go back And I’m going to spread the word!!!

First time we went last year, we had great service. Just went a few days ago and we were treated so rudely & dismissively, then when I wrote a Yelp review, the daughter of the owner contacted me & informed me that the woman who was so rude was her aunt.My Yelp review was somehow disappeared. I intend to change that next week.There are much better places to find quality jewelry.

All of the reviews I read before coming here are absolutely true, Oaks Jewelers is the best of the best. I bought my now wifes engagement ring here, and Coleen was super friendly and nice and took the time to show me what all of the color, size, and grade meant on the diamonds. I was very happy working with them and how everything turned out. My wife wanted a slight adjustment to her band after I proposed and Oaks was nice enough to do it for free. They are very dedicated to making sure their customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase even months after they bought it. We also bought both of our wedding bands here, and Melissa was very kind and patient with us to find exactly what we were looking for. She even ordered other options so we could try all of the ones we liked. All of the staff at Oaks Jewelers are super nice and I highly recommend filling your jewelry needs here.

Oaks Jewelers is a godsend. Here is my story. Covid 19 hit in March, 2020. The next month I discovered that my Timex watch, actually the nicest watch I have ever owned, needed a new battery--it still ran, but the Indiglo light had become very faint, indicating to me a low battery. Local jewelers were closed due to lock down, so I was forced to locate a business online. I found one (not Timex) out of state and sent the watch to them. After numerous difficulties dealing with this business I finally got my watch back from them after several weeks. The Indiglo light was even worse than it was when I sent the watch to them. It barely functioned. But I assumed the light itself was worn out. Six months later, in September, my watch quit working completely. This time I took it to Oaks. The woman associate installed a new battery in my watch in a few minutes while I waited. The charge was $10, much less that what the out of state business had charged me for their poor service and inferior battery. When I got home, I discovered the Indiglo light was once again functioning at its original beautiful blue brightness level! My watch is now restored to like new condition. I am very happy with the service I received at Oaks Jewelers and recommend them enthusiastically.

Colleen (and everyone there really) was incredibly helpful and patient at helping us pick out and ultimately design a ring. They went out of their way to get a setting and stone that worked for what we wanted and our price range. I cannot overstate how lovely she was to work with and how easy she made everything.

Walked in for a watch band resizing and was helped on the spot and walked out about ten minutes later with a watch that fits! every employee there asked if I had been helped while I was waiting and the man who helped me was great. super happy with my experience here. although I wasnt Buying jewelry this time, there was a couple in there that was and the woman helping them seemed extremely knowledgeable. great vibe and service.

The staff here is both efficient and helpful. I brought a new watch in because it was several sizes too big for me, and the man I was working with was very patient even though I had basically no idea what I wanted aside from smaller. My friend also had them engrave her wedding ring, and was thrilled with how it came out! They do great work. One thing I will add though is that its a good idea to make sure they are open before you go, sometimes they close for holiday breaks earlier than other stores.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. They are local, their jewelry is classic, but also innovative. And they do excellent watch repair. Recently I brought in my wifes smartwatch for a battery replacement. They got nervous returning the watch because they couldnt restore the settings. So they didnt charge me, and apologized. In fact I found out that the watch is fine, it just need my wifes phone to pair with. But they wanted to go the extra mile.in customer service and didnt want to charge for something they didnt think had worked. So when I go in next, I will pay for the battery repair, and when I need jewelry, Oaks is where I will go first.
