Ive had them clean my gutters twice and also pressure wash and seal some exterior wood. The work has been quick and efficient with minimum bother. They also did a great job installing gutter guards.

Our solar panels need a once-a-year cleaning. We first used A-1 maybe 5 years ago and were very happy with the result, which means our solar panels were again producing the amount of electricity we expected. A-1 sends a reminder that it’s time to clean again. Easy to schedule appointment. Very happy with the service and the price.

I have a two-story redwood deck, which has lots of railing and, consequently, lots of little fence-like vertical posts that support the railing. A1 power-washed, sanded, re-stained and re-sealed everything except the little vertical posts for $5675, which was on par with what I was expecting to pay (other quotes I got 2-3 years ago from other businesses were in the $5-6K range. I didn’t actually hire anyone at that time because other expensive maintenance needs emerged so I had to postpone the deck). Everything went smoothly, which I really appreciate - no missed appointments, no late arrivals, no last-minute rescheduling, no mistakes or oversights on the written estimate. I called in early March 2021 to schedule an estimate. Stuart, the owner, met with me a few days later and delivered a written estimate within a day of our meeting. We scheduled the job to occur about six weeks later, and it went off exactly as I was told it would, thanks to Eliseo who actually did the work. I would highly recommend A1. They are skilled, reliable and fairly priced. I have worked with other businesses that dont have those qualities. It is such a relief to find a business like A1, and I would definitely recommend them.

A-1 cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and patio door both downstairs and upstairs. The job was booked and completed in a timely manner ---- actually sooner than initially anticipated. The work was done well.

As in years past, the work that Elisao did to clean my roof and gutters was thorough, orderly, and professional. My roof looked as good after he was finished as it did when it was new. And despite the fact that this can be a messy job, house was spic-and-span when he left. He is also courteous, punctual, and fully committed to doing the best work possible. I recommend him and A-1 with enthusiasm.

Not only did they clean the gutters in advance of rain, and they had not been cleaned in years, but they were able to paint that black goop on my tar and gravel roof to ensure seam lines and vents and other spots,where leaking could occur, were sealed over. Friendly, reliable, and excellent service. Our roof collects leaves like mad and they came by, picked it clean. Good people to deal with. They also cleaned our solar panels.Our latest service from them involved making sure the air ducts on our roof to and from the air conditioner we installed a couple of years ago were fully and properly wrapped and in good state. They did an excellent job and we much appreciate their skill.

3rd time Ive had A-1 do windows and some misc cleaning (like the garbage cans..ewe, they get awful)! Anyway, person who arrives is always professional, confirms scope of work and does a great job. The last time we used them was doing the interior windows before we moved in after a renovation. The person was diligent and found a small, barely noticeable flaw in a frame that our contractors promptly fixed. It wouldnt have made much of a difference, just illustrating how careful they can be. They also do gutters etc. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Renee arrived was great and did a great job. He was timely, easy to communicate with, neat and tidy, and clearly cared about his work. The windows, most of them with 2 years worth of dirt, look great. No smears, or shadows. He managed to clean the top of a greenhouse window that was up high.

Two things stood out about A1: 1) They proactively reached out to me one year after my gutter cleaning to schedule the next one (and they made scheduling super easy). 2) They reached out to me a few days before my scheduled date to let me know they had an opening if I wanted the job done earlier. Also, the gutter cleaning was well done. Very happy with their service and customer service.

First time customer. I am satisfied with Renardos work. He climbed 40 feet at the southeast corner of my house and cleared out a clogged downspout. At the northwest corner of my house, he found a downspout that separated from the gutter and took care of it. He is very good with handling a very tall ladder around my house. I would consider having the gutters inspected and cleaned at least once a year.

A bit of a struggle this time to get the level of clkeaning I felt I was paying for. It was NOT a question of the windows being scratched and the paint breaking down in some of the sunnier spots, which I acknowledge, but of the team skipping the edges of the window ledges, leaving some streaks, and missing some spots or doing them only superficially. Raffa is highly experienced and a good worker, but Darvide (?), while polite, stuck me as primarily eager to leave, willing to cut corners to do so, and generally dragging his feet. It took my calling the office within earshot of the team for them to take my concerns fully seriouisly. I didnt like the experience of feeling to gett he job I had paid for.
