Negligent, unresponsive and outright irresponsible business. Their garage damaged my car and they refused to accept responsibility. The metal gate at the entrance shut while my car was entering the garage and crushed parts of my cars roof. I called their office and filled out their claim form, and made multiple follow ups. Their response was that I was at fault for their gate not working properly. Absolutely despicable business practice. STAY AWAY

Its a great parking spot for downtown Berkeley and all there shops.
