I would give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely competent and knowledgeable about all of the destinations I’ve ever wanted to visit. Terry, David and Vik are the best. I use them exclusively for all of my travel needs, both personal and professional.

Agent was astute in offering flight itineraries with trade offs on cost and convenience. During a trip, agent caught an airline cancelling a flight and rebooking us on another flight leaving 8 hours later. Agent stepped in and persuaded airline to book us on a flight leaving just 2 hours later than the cancelled one. Due to time zone difference, he did this before we awoke.
